A lot is going to happen the this week, leading up to the Nurses Ball and after. There wouldn’t be a Nurses Ball without a few obstacles to say the least.
Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) is pregnant with Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) baby and her good friend Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) actually stepped up and claimed the baby was his. Now with Ned leaving Port Charles, (Wally Kurth announced he is leaving General Hospital and going to Days of Our Lives), Olivia will have to keep this secret alone, as well as have this baby alone… unless, Julian finds out the baby is his.
General Hospital spoilers for this week reveal Olivia will be expressing that she feels there is something wrong. Olivia is possibly going into labor. What we are uncertain of, is whether or not she will deliver a healthy baby or if something dramatic will happen Will Olivia have a Nurses Ball baby? We want to know what the fans think, should Olivia tell Julian the truth about the baby?
May Sweeps is full of dramatic story lines including, romance, break ups, revelations, death, and character returns. General Hospital took home 6 Emmy awards at the 2015 Daytime Emmys, including but not limited to, Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series, Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series, Best Guest Star in a Drama Series, Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, and more!
Daytime Diva Donna Mills won the Emmy for Best Guest Star and in an interview with ABC’s ‘The View’ Mills revealed that her character, Madeline Reeves, will return to General Hospital for May Sweeps.
We look forward to seeing this devious character back in Port Charles in the upcoming month of May.
Congratulations again to the cast and crew of General Hospital!
Have you ever watched your favorite tv show, movie, or other similar-type production and thought to yourself that it would be so fun on set and behind the scenes? I know that I have definitely daydreamed about what it would be like to play on a show. Not only because and have that second “work family” that so many cherish.
Personally, I’ve observed that work environments can either make or break the entire vibe. Not only the company dynamic but the feoenlsihews and .
can either make or break an experience while working for a particular company/employer. It seems only natural that friendships are born and developed while working in close quarters. Even still, the mere presence of together with those having similar . working together for such a long period of time would lead to the development of a truly real friendship. That is exactly the case with General Hospital beauties Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones) and Kelly Monaco (Sam Morgan). The two petite starlets have been friends for quite a long time. True friendship, which includes Kelly Monaco thanking Kirsten’s mom for making her a hand crocheted scarf. These two ladies are inseparable and last night, Kirsten tweeted a photo of herself with bestie, Kelly Monaco. Check out Kirsten’s description in her tweet. Love these two! Check out Genie Francis in the background! Photobomb!
My ride or die. She knows me like no other friend does. I love you href=”https://twitter.com/hashtag/daytimeemmys?src=hash”>#daytimeemmys… https://t.co/8MJoxPAzcL

Maura West may be a newcomer to ABC’s General Hospital, but she is an iconic daytime actress. Maura West has been a part of daytime as she played on As the World Turns, and The Young and the Restless, before landing her killer role as mob Princess, Ava Jerome, on General Hospital.
At tonight’s 42nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards, Maura West won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. West included GH’s Executive Producer, Frank Valentini and Head Writer, Ron Carlivati, among others as her eyes welled up with tears of job during her acceptance speech.
General Hospital Blog gives Maura a huge congratulations for her big win! Way to go Maura!
Another Daytime Emmy of tonight’s award show goes to ABC’s General Hospital as the legendary, Anthony Geary wins a 2015 Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
Among the many Geary thanked in his acceptance speech, he addressed GH’s Executive Producer, Frank Valentini for the extraordinary story line he was given this past year as Luke Spencer battles with deeply repressed memories of an abusive childhood. The story of Fluke was the hottest topic in daytime for the majority of 2014, and the first 4 months of our current year.
General Hospital Blog would like to recognize Anthony Geary as he was recognized tonight at the Emmys, and congratulate him on his enormous talent as an actor.
General Hospital Blog would like to shout out a big CONGRATULATIONS to GH’s Chad Duell for taking home the Emmy for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, for his role as Michael Corinthos.
