Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has a lot on her shoulders even without the added burden of her ex, Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) meddling in her business and personal life, all in the name of trying to protect Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
General Hospital rumors claim that the threats from The Five Families, specifically the Novak family, will make things more difficult for Jason and Carly before they are able to reach some type of mutual peace.
Right now, all they want is to see unity, proving there isn’t a power struggle between Carly, the widowed wife of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and right hand man, Jason Morgan.
The pressure is on for Jason and Carly to go forward with the wedding, leaving Carly on edge and questioning certain aspects of the arrangement.

In recent General Hospital previews, Carly asks Jason if any part of this wedding will be about “them.” Meanwhile, Jason is trying to process the fact that the rest of the Five Families expects Jason to eliminate his own fiancé! Things need to start moving ahead, and they need to be fast.
Time is running out as the threats against Carly intensify. In their eyes, Carly can’t be trusted and is believed to be a threat to the organization. Jason must think and act quickly before things escalate, putting Carly and the kids in immediate danger.
Although Jason cares for Carly with all his heart, he knows that the ficus now cannot be on the two of them in regard to their actually relationship, but more so about making moves to survive.
