Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) has to convince Robert Scorpio (Tristan) to make an unlikely decision as a means to get what he wants. In this case, he wants to find Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and stop Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Viktor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is released after Scotty basically blackmails Robert into getting Viktor out of jail. Scotty knows that Viktor is the only one who can lead him to Liesl.
