Steve Burton Fan Page Asks a Burning Question

General Hospital’s ex-Jason Morgan, and Y&R’s current Dylan McAvoy, Steve Burton has an extremely large fan base. Fans turned to Facebook to ask a very controversial question. The controversy that has become of the Steve Burton, Billy Miller, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless saga has been like none other in soap opera history. Fans across the board and with opposite opinions have been taking part in this real life soap opera drama.

With the news of Billy Miller debuting as Jason Morgan, TODAY on General Hospital, fans are all hyped up on this topic. Steve Burton’s fan facebook page (over 25,000 LIKES including Michael Fairman), wants to know something very important… “Who is better: Dylan McAvoy or Jason Morgan?”

If you visit Steve Burton’s fan Facebook page, you will see the question posted there. There you will also the the overwhelming response all pointing to Jason Morgan. Will this consensus influence Steve’s career decision in the future? When his AND Billy’s contracts are up with their current shows and networks, will Steve decide to take fan’s advice and once again become Daytime’s most popular man as of late?

Nancy Lee Grahn Reveals Name of New Show!

General Hospital’s Nancy Lee Grahn, and Port Charles’ Alexis Davis, has been teasing fans for months now with limited information regarding a project she is working on with many other General Hospital cast members and friends.

Two time Emmy winner, Nancy Lee Grahn has been working on an online series that is set to hit ABC.com, “coming soon,” according to Nancy.

Co-stars that will be accompanying Grahn on set of this project are some familiar General Hospital favorites. Look forward to seeing Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones), Jason Thomspon (Dr. Patrick Drake), Lisa LoCicero (Olivia Falconeri), and more from GH!

The name of Nancy’s online show at abc.com is, ‘General Hospital Now.’ General Hospital Blog wishes nothing but the most success for Nancy Lee Grahn and the rest of her co-workers and crew. We look forward to the upcoming success of this project as it is a reflection of the popularity of the 51 year old soap, General Hospital. General Hospital’s popularity is strong and on the rise. It’s possible that this online series named, ‘General Hospital Now,’ may be able to create more attention to itself and the soap opera in a positive manner, due to it’s direct connection to GH. GH Star to Guest on Disney Channel’s ‘Girl Meets World’

Nicolas Bechtel is amazing in his role as Spencer Cassadine, the son of Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher), and this cutie plays one feisty little Prince! He has stolen the hearts of General Hospital fans with his on screen Prince-like attitude and wittiness.

October marks Disney Channel’s Monstober month. Nicolas Bechtel will guest star on the new hit show, “Girl Meets World’ as part of Disney’s Monstober celebration. Look for his appearance on Thursday, October 2nd!

Franco’s Gift to Carly…

Franco wins hands down in the battle of deceit with his significant other, Carly Corinthos Jacks. Carly has tried to pull the wool over Franco’s eyes and make him believe her lies about what she’s been doing with Sonny. Franco on the other hand has successfully pulled off deceiving Carly. He has led her to believe that he has bought into her deception, and sees her as the doting bride to be she wants him to believe she is.

Franco gave Carly a necklace with a nanny-cam hidden inside so that he is able to track her every move, and spy on everything she does, especially with Sonny.

Did Carly create a monster, or just ruffle the feathers of an already unstable man? When something sets Franco off, will he turn to his old psychotic ways?

By the way…Is this not the ugliest necklace you have ever seen?

Jason Got Ran Over By A…

So the General Hospital rumor indicating that Jason would be involved in an accident turned out to be an actual General Hospital spoiler. Although we saw Jason at Sonny’s door, he was so close to coming face to face with his best friend Sonny, and his wife, Sam, we knew it wasn’t going to be that easy.

Jason got ran over by a distraught, pregnant, mobster, who was running for her life. Ava Jerome was driving away from Shawn, who busted into her apartment ready to take her back to Sonny. A distracted Ava was driving at a high speed in order to get away from being captured by Sonny’s men, and by the time she saw the man (Jason) in her headlights it was too late. Her tired literally rolled right on over his body, flattening him to the pavement. Well this is Jason Morgan adn we know that he is a true survivor. He has lived through just about any body harm that he has ever come in contact with.

What will Ava and Jordan do next? The two ladies are about to turn Jason over… will they recognize him from news and photographs or will his face be so disfigured that he is completely unrecognizable?

General Hospital rumors also indicate that Elizabeth cares for a bandaged mystery patient… will this rumor also turn into a General Hospital spoiler?

Jason and Robin Are at the Doorsteps of Their Loved Ones… What Happens Next?

Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough) and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) manage to escape the blaze of glory that became of Crichton-Clark Clinic. Robin told Jason that they were able to escape because of him… they are alive and well and safely on the doorsteps of the ones they love. Robin instructed Jason to drive straight to Sonny’s house after she drove herself to the Metro Court to get in contact with her mother, Anna (Finola Hughes). She feared that if she and Jason went to their homes, they would be putting Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Emma (Brooklyn Silzer), and Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Danny (Corbin and Caden Rothwither) in danger. Just in case Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and her cronies were on their tales, Robin wanted to make sure that she didn’t put them in that type of situation.

At the end of Monday’s episode, we saw Robin banging on her Mother’s door at The Metro Court, and Jason approaching Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) doorstep, with his wife Sam inside. What happens next? Will it be this easy for Jason to reunite with the love of his life, Sam Morgan, and his best friend, Sonny Corinthos? Jason and Robin are so close to home that WE the fans can taste it. Could it be that we are able to see the reunion everyone has been longing for? …Or will something unexpected happen before Jason gets to present himself to Sonny and Sam?

Maurice Benard Has NOT Re-signed Contract with GH

Maurice Benard joined the cast of General Hospital in August of 1993 as Michael Sonny Corinthos. He has been a fan favorite and front and center for over tow- almost three decades. Some would say that General Hospital would not be what it is today without the character of Sonny Corinthos and the amazingly talented actor, Maurice Benard, who portrays him. There is some recent General Hospital news that has fans worried about the future of their favorite character, Sonny Corinthos. For a few months now General Hospital rumors have been indicating that Maurice Benard will be taking 6 months off of General Hospital as Port Charles’ most popular mob boss, Sonny Corinthos.

In the newest edition of ABC Soaps in Depth Magazine, the September 29th issue, it has been revealed that Maurice Benard’s contract is due to be up very soon and the actor has not yet re-signed. Benard is considering leaving GH to work on other projects. The actor told Soaps in Depth, “I take the contract day to day. I’m 100% happy at GH, I love Ron and Frank, but I want to do other things.”

It would be a sad time for General Hospital is Maurice Benard left the show. He has been an iconic character for so long that it is uncertain how the rest of the show that has been built around the mob would hold up in this situation.

Recent General Hospital rumors speculate that Sonny will go to jail for the murder of AJ Quartermaine, and that we will not see Sonny for about six months.

The moment we all have been waiting for is practically right here in front of us. After months of going  back and forth with the news regarding Billy Miller replacing Steve Burton as the iconic Jason Morgan, we now know that all the rumors have been put to bed and the fact is that JASON IS HERE! Billy Miller IS the new Jason Morgan and he is coming… SOON.

When all the dust settles and Jason finds his way back to Port Charles, he will be encountering many of his loved ones. Jason Morgan is the most loyal person the town of Port Charles has ever known. He is an extremely good friend and devoted husband and right hand man. From Carly (Laura Wright) to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), and from Sonny (Maurice Benard) to Michael (Chad Duell), Jason has developed and maintained strong bonds with his friends and family. However, no bond is stronger than that of The Phoenix and The Dragon. That bond he shares is with his wife, Samantha Morgan (Kelly Monaco).

General Hospital rumors suggest that fans will be in for a treat come early 2015. It looks as though General Hospital is headed down the road to give fans a JaSam reunion. Although it won’t be that cut and dry. Rumor has it that Sam’s father, Julian Jerome (William DeVry), doesn’t approve of his daughter’s soul mate and husband, Jason Morgan. It has been speculated that Julian will try and keep Sam and Jason apart. Will JaSam prevail? We know that their love is stronger than anything. Do you think Jason and Sam can find their way back to one another and have a happy ending with baby Danny?

Sebastian Roche Returns to General Hospital as the Ruthless Jerry Jacks!

It has been confirmed that one of General Hospital’s most feared villains will be returning to the canvas later this Fall! Sebastian Roche is returning to General Hospital to reprise his role as the bad boy brother of Jasper Jacks. Jerry Jacks has always been the black sheep of the Jacks family, causing disappointment and heartache to his Mother, Father, and brother.

It has been said that Roche’s first scenes will be with Constance Towers (Helena Cassadine), Kathleen Gati (Dr. Obrecht), and Donna Mills (Madeline Reeves).

In upcoming potential story lines, it has been suspected that Helena Cassadine will have a task for Jerry Jacks in regard to Fluke.

Jerry Jacks owes Ava and Julian Jerome for saving his life the night that He held Bobbie Spencer hostage on the roof of the Metro Court. Luke Spencer saved her life…  what will happen to Luke now that Jerry is back?

Sebastian Roche started taping scenes last week, September 16th, at Prospect Studio.
