Corinthians 13:13 “So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”
Carly Hughes joins GH! …A new face shows up in Port Charles for a very important job.
Amidst all the mob drama on Port Charles, others involved themselves in the latest business scandals around the city. According to General Hospital recaps, a stunned Brooklyn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) announced that Deception was being sued. Apparently, the lawsuit claims that the cosmetics company stole the Deceptor concept.
General Hospital news reports confirm that Port Charles gets a fresh face while Pine Valley Attorney Jackson Montgomery (Walt Willey) gets some stiff competition. According to GH news spoilers, actress Carly Hughes joins GH as Lucy Coe’s Attorney in the case against Deception. It seems that Montgomery will represent the plaintiff. Expect to see both Hughes and Willey beginning the week of August 28th.
…After the climactic midweek episode, GH fans ponder the all possible ways that Austin and Cyrus are connected.
Previously, General Hospital Blog mentioned Dr. Austin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) visit with Mr. Renault (Jeff Kober). Particularly, the suspicious way that Cyrus placed emphasis on the mention of Austin’s family.
Cyrus and Austin’s Connection Explained!
General Hospital recaps It was in during their very first encounter when Dr. Austin Holt and Cyrus Renault’s connection was evident. It was pretty obvious that it wasn’t just their individual demeanors that made up the peculiar dialogue. Clearly, the dynamic screamed of the past and family dysfunction. Soon enough, the doc and the inmate start discussing some personal family matters. That’s when it became clear that these two go way back.
We sense a whole lotta family dysfunction going on. Undoubtedly, this is just the tip of the iceberg. So, just how far back do they go? It’s hard to say for sure, but judging by their conversation it sounds like Cyrus could be Austin’s absentee father. Or maybe a step father who Austin wasn’t fond of? GH recaps recall how Austin mentioned that any time Cyrus happened to come around it made his mother happy.
General Hospital’s Parry Shen reveals shocking truth! …Where oh where has Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) been?! The last time that Brad was seen in Port Charles was at the time of Dr. Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) death. Every now and then Brad pops up as his portrayer remains a recurring GH cast member. So, what is Parry Shen up to when he’s not on the set of General Hospital?
Currently, GH’s Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is in the kitchen making cocktails! According to recent GH spoilers, Parry took to social media to share the his latest adult drink recipe. So make sure you check out his video below this article.
First, GH spoilers tease that Parry Shen reveals shocking truth about his life. Parry’s current update comes as a surprise to fans, and spills the tea as he prepares his cocktail. The actor drops a bombshell saying that he has a child in college! According to Shen, he just dropped his first child off at college! I had to play that part again because I thought that I may have misheard him. As it turns out, baby face Parry Shen wasn’t joking. In fact, he and his wife Kim have two kids, one of which is 18 and in her first year of college!
Best of Luck to Parry’s daughter as she begins her college journey. And way to go dad, you win for looking like there’s no way you could have a child that old!
Don’t forget to check back for updates on Parry’s GH status, along with any news of Brad popping up in PC!
Cody rescues Sasha! …This simply cannot go on much longer. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has suffered long enough and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) wants it to stop, ASAP.
According to the latest General Hospital spoilers, Cody is at his wits end as he struggles to get through to others. He uses his frustration as the motivation he needs to take action. Previously, Cody and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) decided to team up to uncover what really happened with Sasha. Particularly, the days and moments leading up to her very public breakdown.
In the latest GH previews, Cody can’t understand why he’s the only one who can sense Sasha’s perilous situation? At this point, enough is enough. If Cody doesn’t act fast, who knows what will happen to Sasha. Thankfully, Cody may have Sam on his side as the only one who believes that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs ) is behind this. Evidently, Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder) has no plans of stopping since we know that Gladys can’t come up with the money. Now more than ever, Sasha needs a hero.
Meanwhile, Sam and Cody GH spoilers tease that Cody rescues Sasha from Ferncliff but not without compromising himself. It’s going to be one Hell of a fight as Cody leads in Sasha’s rescue. According to GH rumors, Sasha’s rescue could leave Cody in a bad way.
Sasha’s story ends tragically! …In Port Charles, it’s become increasingly difficult to distinguish between the good guys and the true baddies, and the bad guys. Lately the villains of Port Charles have had a stroke of luck. And while the righteous ones walk with their head held high, their dark secret hangs over.
General Hospital Recaps: Not in any particular order, but first, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) went from boarding school brat and psychopath, to a loving and almost over protective young mother. Her head I just and memory loss gave her a second chance to become a new human. But is everyone buying it? Additionally, Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) rebirth never really fooled those who know him, but he sure got them questioning things. Is he, or isn’t he (still a ruthless killer)? He’s helped Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and tried to warn young Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) about his other uncle, Victor (Charles Shaughnessy). I know as a viewer my thoughts on Cyrus’s new lease on life swayed a bit. What?! I can’t help it, but he was convincing at times! ????
Then there’s Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). The once troubled teen is well, is still a troubled adult. But, and that’s a big BUT, his heart is good even though he sometimes makes selfish decisions. He’s trying and that’s what matters. Yet life keeps screwing him over. People love to point the finger at the boy from Bensonhurst who never learned his lesson after juvy. ???? Poor Cody. Finally, we have the one and only Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Maybe he kills Dr. Montague for obvious reasons. Or, perhaps he’s had enough of his cousin Gladys?! There are so many theories to play with where Sasha’s story is concerned.
Point being that we just don’t know who and what to believe anymore. For example, first (not in chronological order), Dr. Montague abuses his power and drugs an innocent public figure. Also, Gladys’s masquerade is another reason that no one knows who to trust. Who would think that a woman who lost a child and grandchild is drugging her dead son’s wife? Moreover, she needs Sasha’s money to pay off her own gambling debts! Finally, the last example doesn’t completely align with the others since Ned Ashton isn’t a villain. However, he was ACCUSED of being one! What I’m trying to say is expect the unexpected.
According to recent GH rumors and spoilers, someone in Port Charles dies. There are many theories floating around social media that involve Gladys, Sasha, Dr. Montague, Selina Wu, Cody Bell, and even Sonny Corinthos! Most GH fans speculate that aside from Sasha, Gladys is the focal point of this storyline. She has motive to kill while also having two targets on her back.
GH spoilers tease that Gladys gets killed by either Selina Wu or Dr. Montague. However, some GH fans believe Gladys is desperate enough to kill. Is she capable of double murder and kill both Selina and that crazy doc? How do you think this will all play out?
How sweet it is to be able to share beautiful music. Especially, when it’s shared with loved ones. GH’s Maurice Benard sings with Joshua in a brand new video.
Undoubtedly, Maurice is one of the most beloved and iconic daytime tv star of all time. In fact, if you scout any comments secretion pertaining to Benard, his popularity undeniable. Personally, I think it’s the way Maurice lets the world see through his soul, along with his vulnerability that draws fans in. He’s a very real, no BS type of guy. And the love he has for his family shines through his posts.
General Hospital star, Maurice Benard seems to have music running through his soul. If you know anything about the man behind the mobster, you know he loves to sing and dance (mostly dance). Similarly, his son Joshua is a lot like his dad. According to recent General Hospital news and spoilers, Maurice, aka Sonny Corinthos, recently spent more of that infamous quality time with his son. In a recent IG post, Maurice Benard sings along with Joshua in such a sweet, father-son moment.
Please enjoy this tender moment between GH’s Sonny aka Maurice Benard, and his son Joshua!
Gladys confesses to save Sasha?! …Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) has done her fair share of criminal and otherwise despicable acts. It’s no surprise that she’d sacrifice Sasha’s well-being for her personal gain. She digs herself into holes too deep to get out of on her own, so she bounces from person to person, and uses them for what they have.
General Hospital previews and spoilers reveal that Gladys scrambles to come up with the money she owes Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder) and Selina Wu (Lydia Look). Oddly enough, Selina’s threat seems like child’s play now that Gladys faces Sasha’s doctor.
GH spoilers reveal that there’s really no way out for Gladys. Her remorse comes too little too late for any type of redemption. But she can’t see Sasha go through what Dr. Montague’s torture any longer. According to GH rumors, Gladys confesses to save Sasha and exposes Dr. Montague.
You won’t want to miss a single moment of the drama!
Cody’s framed for Gladys’s murder! Time has run out for a Gladys Corbin. Here and there she may have displayed rare moments of human decency. But for the most part Gladys was and is always out for number one.
GH recaps recall Sonny’s nickname for his awkward (to say the least) cousin. In perfect taste, Sonny referred to her as Greedy Gladys. Except that she is much worse than a greedy mooch. Over and over she proved that she would even put her son in harms way to get her grubby hands on some money. We could sit here all day, talking about all the despicable things Gladys has done. Instead, we’ll skip straight to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
In Port Charles, Gladys tries to skate around her monetary obligations. Meanwhile, Sasha endures the utmost torture at Ferncliff. According to GH spoilers, Gladys’s detestable plan to save her own booty from Selina Wu goes up in flames. It’s too little too late for Gladys, now that she wants to undo what she’s done. Sadly, it doesn’t work that way. GH previews tease that Gladys has not one, but two targets on her back. First, Selina Wu shows no mercy. Then, Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder) demands funds in order to end Sasha’s suffering. Let’s just say that Gladys’s circumstances with night Selina and Dr. Montage are not in her favor. At this point, Gladys is in too deep.
There’s No Way Out For Gladys!
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that there’s not way out for Gladys. Now that she’s got both targets on her back, Gladys doesn’t have many options. Aside from Dr. Montague and Selina, Gladys would also have to answer to Sonny.
General hospital rumors tease that in a shocking twist, Gladys is killed! As many GH fans find the character unredeemable, GH news and rumors make speculations around her status with the soap. Who would want Gladys dead? That’s easy, the vast majority. However, there are only a few who have the capability to get the job done.
According to the latest GH rumors and spoilers, Sasha’s mother-in-law winds up dead and Cody’s framed for Gladys’s murder! Selina Wu is the perfect person for the job. Actually, both jobs. Selina kills two birds with one stone is she’s the one to kill Gladys and then frame Cody for it! First, she gets rid of a big problem called Gladys. Additionally, she eliminates another problem called Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Gladys is dead, Cody’s does to prison. Boom, Selina just solved her own problems!
So what do you think? Does Selina have it in her to kill Gladys and frame Cody for it?
Pikeman is two people! Mason and Austin have two bosses?! …Port Charles is on high alert as The Corinthos Organization prepares for the Pikeman shipment. For months, Pikeman’s identity has been kept secret, but now it’s the the truth is it. Did GH just hint at one half of Pikeman?
…Confusion cleared! Or so we think. Previously, attentive General Hospital fans picked up on a little clue. They noticed that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) and Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) referred to their boss as a female. Then, when referred to another time, they said, “he.” The discrepancy left fans curious.
According to GH spoilers and rumors the answer is simple. Pikeman isn’t one person but in fact, two. A team, if you will. While GH rumors tease that Austin went straight to their boss which looks to be that it’s Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober)! Now that explains when they referred to the boss as “he,” but what about before when they said that their boss was a female? Because of this puzzling piece of the story, GH fans had to think outside the box. Additionally, Mason went to a meeting as well. G$ rumors tease that Mason went to see Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
Maybe it’s truce because from the looks of things, Pikeman is two people! Maybe Tracy and Cyrus are really working together?
Wow! That was some episode for a Tuesday! No hate or anything, but Friday’s episode was a snooze fest instead of a cliffhanger. Luckily, Tuesday’s show made up for what Friday lacked. And on Friday, a shocking twist unveiled the unexpected.
Though not many bought into Cyrus’s “follow my flock in Christ’s name,” act, some GH fans wanted to believe he’d somehow turned a new leaf. Obviously, his new appreciation for the Lord seemed disingenuous and/or misguided.
Meanwhile, over in Pentonville Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) discuss last week’s events. According to GH recaps, Cyrus expressed his gratitude for Drew’s brave effort. GH recaps recall Cyrus’s symbolic transformation in the Pentonville shower room. He definitely got the weight off of his shoulders, actually and idiomatically. I guess that’s what happens after one gets a second chance at life and at making things right. Although, that’s where confusion sets in. Cyrus’s new meaning of life is all over the place. First he’s a killer and a drug dealer, then Cyrus found God. In a brush with death, Cyrus then saw God’s Heavenly light. However, Cyrus has unfinished business.
GH spoilers and rumors tease that Tuesday’s episode revealed half of Pikeman! As it seems, Cyrus Renault is Pikeman! Or at least half of the illegal arms dealer. At the end of Tuesday’s episode Mason thanked a mystery authority for taking the time to talk. Simultaneously, Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) shocked Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) when he showed up to meet with Cyrus.
So, what’s up with Laura (Genie Francis) and Martin Gray’s (Michael E. Knight) troubled brother? If he’s half of Pikeman, who makes up the other half; the one Mason met with?
