General Hospital news reports have finally revealed that All My Children alum, Cameron Mathison will be joining the cast of General Hospital, as he will be taking over the role of Drew Cain. The role of Drew, aka Jake Doe, was originated by Billy Miller.
Entertainment Weekly has revealed an all new, exclusive scene which shows Drew’s first contact to Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco). Sam is at the Metro Court pool with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Falconeri), when he steps away to grab drinks and Sam’s phone rings.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal Mathison will make his GH debut on Monday, August 16th.
Check out the clip below at this exclusive first glance at the return of Drew Cain!
After much speculation, General Hospital news and spoilers have finally revealed pertinent information regarding All My Children alum, Cameron Mathison, and his arrival on set and on screen at ABC’s General Hospital.
General Hospital comings and goings news reports confirm the upcoming air date and debut as not a new character, but as a recast.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Cameron Mathison will be taking over the fan favorite role of Billy Miller. Miller originated the role as Jake Doe, believed himself to be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), and with many twists and turns, ikr turned out that Jake was actually Drew Cain.
General Hospital rumors have proven true as many have claimed Mathison will become the new recast for Drew Cain.
General Hospital spoilers indicated Cameron Mathison will first debut as Drew Cain on Monday, August 16th.
Emme Rylan hopes to return! General Hospital star, Emme Rylan’s exit is an unfortunate situation. Shockingly, it was later found out that she was let go from the daytime drama. Her character Lulu Spencer slipped into a coma, and just like that her character was written out of the script. This caused confusion among the fans, as there was no word of a potential exit leading up to Lulu’s coma. Is she? Isn’t she? Fans were left with whip lash while going back and forth about Rylan’s GH status.
Previously, General Hospital rumors began claiming Emme was contacted by TPTB. Unfortunately, Rylan took to Instagram to reveal that was a false rumor. This came after GH fans learned that Emme and her family would be cutting their year long road trip short, and moving back to LA.
However, recent General Hospital news and spoilers reveal that Emme Rylan shared some big news with fans about her family. Emme and her family decided to move to St. Louis. But she assured fans she will frequently be visiting LA for auditions and to spend time with her sister.
Recently, actors tend to use social media platforms to connect with their fans and share information regarding their careers, personal lives, and more. In fact, many General Hospital stars use Instagram and Twitter as their main sources for outreach. So, GH’s Rylan shared some news via social media. According to GH news reports, Rylan has more to say about a GH return. Evidently, Emme disclosed that she would come back to GH IF they were to call when replying to a fan. She assured fans, “I will be back if GH calls!”
Check back for new developments regarding General Hospital‘s Emme Rylan’s status as Lulu Spencer.
It’s more than odd that Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) is able to stay away from her and Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) daughter, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love). After being gunned down and ran out of town by Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), Hayden has stayed under the radar.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Hayden’s sister, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is desperately trying to reach out to her sister. This whole situation with Nikolas is a mess, on top of everything Liz and Finn are going through with what happened to Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
General Hospital previews indicate that Liz mentions Violet’s contact, or lack there of, with her mother. Liz knows that Nikolas is the one who had Hayden shot and Liz wants answers. However, General Hospital rumors hint there will be a lot more to a story involving Hayden than what Nikolas has done. GH rumors claim that Hayden is the one who has taken Peter’s body from the freezer, as a way of protecting both Liz and Finn. Hayden would never want Elizabeth to go down for her involvement, and she loves and respects Finn enough to not be taken away from their daughter.
General Hospital comings and goings rumors have hinted a possible return for Rebecca Budig as Hayden Barnes.
Every since General Hospital news reports confirmed that General Hospital was letting go of fam favorite actress, Emme Rylan, the fam buzz hasn’t died down. GH fans miss Emme and her character, Lulu Spencer Falconeri, who was tragically injured by Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) attack and is now in a coma.
General Hospital rumors have gone back and forth on whether or not Rylan had been contacted and asked to return by TPTB over at the daytime drama. Rylan herself debunked the rumors, telling a fan on Instagram that she had not been contacted or asked to return to General Hospital.
Last month, General Hospital Blog reported that Emme Rylan shared some news on her Instagram story, informing fans that she was down in Nashville, checking things out for a potential move. Don [Money] has business opportunities in Nashville where their family wad considering to relocate.
However, General Hospital spoilers reveal Emme has shared a life altering modification to their plans.
Emme Rylan has informed fans that she and her family are indeed moving, but not to Nashville. She was excited for the change and explained they will be closer to family when they move to St. Louis, Missouri. She assured fans she would still be auditioning and visiting her sister in Los Angeles.
It’s been a long time since anyone has heard from Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) mom, Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel). Last week, she arrived in Port Charles and made a surprise visit to her daughter at the Quartermaine’s. Now that more people are aware of her return, General Hospital spoilers reveal Harmony receives backlash.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Harmony’s return wasn’t well recepted by the people of Port Charles who know her… and even those who don’t. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was intrigued by the story he was told about Harmony, and it seems he and the Quartermaine’s believe she could be trying to make amends, sincerely.
However, not everyone is going to see Harmony as someone who is ready to change. General Hospital spoilers and previews indicate that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will give necklace to Harmony after finding out she has returned to PC. Alexis believes Harmony had ulterior motives for coming back.
Alexis remembers all too well what her daughter, Kristina Davis Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) went through as a result of that cult, and what her other daughter, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) had to go through, helping to get Kristina out.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Alexis isn’t ready to give Harmony a free pass.
Back when General Hospital news reports confirmed that All My Children vet, Cameron Mathison, would be joining the cast of General Hospital, not many of the details were brought to light. Many GH rumors developed, speculating his role as someone new or old, that was heading to Port Charles.
General Hospital News and spoilers reveal Mathison has sat down with Soaps In Depth, uncovering some of the mysteries surrounding his upcoming GH arrival.
Last month, General Hospital Blog reported an update on Cameron Mathison and his film debut with General Hospital. Mathison revealed he was on set of GH filming his first scenes.
In a recent interview with Soaps In Depth, Mathison let fans in on a little more information. He admits his feelings on his new project, he stated, “Something I’ve always wanted to do was work on GH,” Mathison revealed. “I kind of reached out to Frank… and I just said, ‘Listen, Frank, I’m going to have three days a week [free] and I don’t know if there’s anything, I don’t want to be presumptuous, you know I’ve always been a huge fan of yours and the show…’ I didn’t even practically finish the text or whatever it was. He just took it and went with it and it’s amazing! Like, the whole thing has just been way beyond what I was sort of like secretly having, like, kind of fantasy hope for.”
Because Cameron is a vet or the soap opera industry, he expressed that working on GH feels like “coming home.” He explained, “I’m having such a good time,” Mathison said. “It feels in many ways like coming home.” He also went on to explain that daytime has always had a special place in his heart.
General Hospital rumors still speculate that Mathison could be a recast, replacing Billy Miller as Drew Cain. Other rumors claim his character will be entirely new.
The exact date of when Mathison will first air is still unknown. Many of the details about Cameron’s General Hospital role remain under wraps. Mathison himself explain he was given little information. “I was given, like, little decoy names of characters and storylines,” he admitted. “It’s been also very easy for me to tell people I have no idea what’s going on because I literally have had no idea what’s going on!”
Our best guess is to look for Mathison’s debut on General Hospital in the upcoming weeks.
It brings much sadness to announce this General Hospital news regarding the death of a former Port Charles and General Hospital star.
Port Charles was an ABC Network’s spinoff of the 1963 Daytime drama, General Hospital.Port Charles began in June or 1997, and had a six year run, ending in October of 2003.
General Hospital news reports confirm Jay Pickett, who played Frank Scanlon on PC has passed away at the age of 60. He is survived by his wife, Elena, daughters Maegan and Michaela, and son, Tyler.
Picketts TV big brother, Joe Scanlon, and real life friend, Michael Dietz, took to Facebook to give his condolences and reminisce on his friendship with Pickett, which began on the set of Port Charles. Dietz writes, “My greatest friend has sadly left this world,” he continued, “We met when we were cast as brothers on PORT CHARLES many, many years ago. He played my big brother on TV but that carried over into real life and an amazing friendship that was one of a kind. He was an incredible husband, father, friend, and godfather to my daughter. Everyone that knew him loved him. I love you, Jay. Keep smiling my friend. All my love to his family, who truly became our family as well. You will be forever missed.”
General Hospital spoilers and news reveal Jay Pickett also stepped on for Ted King in the role of Lorenzo Alcazar on GH.
General Hospital Blog gives our condolences to Jay and his family and loved ones during this time. Our thought and prayers are with his family.
On the July 19th episode of General Hospital, Kirsten Storms aired her last episode as her character, Maxie Jones skipped town, destination Texas. Thankfully, her departure is only temporary.
General Hospital news reports confirmed Storms took a leave of absence due to her recent brain surgery. On July 30th, Kirsten revealed that she is back on the set of GH, filming new episodes as Maxie Jones.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Kirsten shared the news via her Instagram story, with a photo which was also shared to the official General Hospital IG account story. The post was a selfie of Storms, with “Maxie’s back!” written at the top.
We are so excited to hear of Kirsten’s return, and the time Maxie will be off screen is very limited. General Hospital news and spoilers indicate GH’s four week-ish filming schedule should put Maxie Jones back onscreen sometime around the end of August.
As if Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) didn’t have enough on her shoulders with a mystery of her own, she’s now out solving other mysteries. But this one involves her family.
As Elizabeth and Finn (Michael Easton) are stumped at the disappearance of Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) body, the answer to who had her sister shot is crystal clear.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is desperate to keep his dark secret from coming to light and has been lying, scheming, and even threatening his family in order to protect himself. He has already given Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) a cryptic warning, telling her not to go out looking for Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig).
General Hospital spoilers reveal Nikolas’ jig is up, and he and Hayden are no longer the only ones who know the truth.
General Hospital previews show Elizabeth confronting Nikolas with her big revelation. But it’s possible she has known all along. She boldly blurts out that he is the one who had her sister, Hayden shot. All this time Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) has taken the heat and served time for Nikolas Cassadine’s crime, while Nikolas roams free, living his best life.
Now that Elizabeth has revealed she knows the truth, Will Nikolas threaten his dear friend as he did Sam who is his own family?
General Hospital rumors claim that Liz’s knowledge will give Liz all the more reason to reach out to her sister, which could lead to a major discovery, connecting Hayden to Liz and Finn’s current mystery situation.
