Shortly after his return she learned that local business woman, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) kept him captive, all to herself. Discovering Sonny has feelings for Nina after Carly and their children gratefully embraced his miraculous return has torn Carly apart. It wasn’t long after that she decided enough was enough. Seeing Sonny in bed with Nina was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Lastly, Nina has taken away Carly’s career after buying her half of the Metro Court.
General Hospital spoilers reveal all Carly wants know is her life back- not the one she had, but a new, more self identified life. GH previews hint Carly will end up taking her business trip to the seminar as a way to work toward finding herself and her own passions and interests.

The relationship between Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been controversial to say the least. Sonny’s family especially hasn’t taken well to how this family man and loyal husband ended up leaving his wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) for the woman who kept him away from everyone he loves.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly and Sonny continue to go their separate ways, living separate lives as they move on with new people. Sonny has been choosing Nina over his entire family, standing up for her against his own son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and stepdaughter Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). For some time now, Nina has been gloating around Port Charles, parading around her victory.
There have been some issues between Sonny and Nina, like when she bought Carly’s half of the Metro Court, he question whether it was done to stick it to Carly. She has also made comment about Sonny putting Carly first. Well Nina, at the end of the day, that’s exactly what’s going to happen.

General Hospital news reports reveal two soap opera veterans are ready to celebrate a major milestone for longest currently running soap opera. Laura Wright joined the daytime scene in 1991 as Ally Rescott on Loving, brought the role to another show called, The City, the started on Guiding Light, before joining the cast of General Hospital. Cameron Mathison is no stranger to the soap opera scene. He joined the cast of ABC’s All My Children in 1997 as Ryan Lavery and ended his run in 2011. Mathison is now a on the front burner in Port Charles as Drew Cain’s recast. He took over the role from Billy Miller. Drew works alongside Wright’s character, General Hospital’s leading lady, Carly Corinthos.
General Hospital news and spoilers reports Wright and Mathison discussed General Hospital’s upcoming 60th year on air. Wright commented on her 17 year (and counting) run, confessing, “I love every second of it … it’s an honor … we’re kicking off in Graceland this October, our first big celebration of the 60 years, so the cast is going to be there and we’re super-excited.” Although new to GH, Mathison is Judy as excited about being part of this legendary show, admitting, “It feels like coming home for me,” he said. “It’s just been amazing … I come in to work super prepared knowing how good everybody is there…every day it feels like coming home.”
Laura was asked by GMA about her experience with working with Cameron Mathison, in which she replied, “Our work ethic is very similar [be]cause we started here in New York City.”
We can’t believe that General Hospital will turn 60 this coming April 1st! Wright and Mathison are among many of the cast members who will be kicking off the big celebration in Graceland this October!

General Hospital news and spoilers report GH newcomer, Michael Blake Kruse and Iowa native is headed back to the Midwest.
General Hospital spoilers reveal, according to Kruse’s Instagram, the actor as announced that’s he’s landed a prime time spot on Chicago PD. Kruse has previously starred in prime time roles in popular shows such as, Criminal Minds, Grey’s Anatomy, Everything’s Fine, and Strange Angel.
Michael Blake Kruse made his announcement via Twitter and Instagram, captioned, “It’s great to be working in the Midwest again with the incredible cast and crew of CHICAGO P.D. So much to love about this city and show.”
General Hospital news reports have yet to disclose details and duration of Kruse’s new role of whether or not he’ll be exiting his role as Rory Cabrera on General Hospital.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly’s memories of being told Harmony’ Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) secret and being sworn to secrecy, she realized that Drew knows the truth as well. Carly has confirmation that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) biological mother, and Drew knows it.
General Hospital rumors suggest that Willow’s health crisis will bring the topic of her biological mother to the surface, promoting Drew to nudge Carly to tell the truth.
What happens if Carly doesn’t take Drew’s advice?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Victor isn’t giving up on mending the differences between Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and his son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Just as Spencer and Nikolas were becoming closer again, General Hospital recaps recall Spencer overhearing Ava Jerome (Maura West) call out Nikolas regarding his little tryst with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
The situation among the Cassadine family has gotten even messier now that Ava has been attacked with intent to kill. The suspect remains a mystery, while Nikolas seems to be in the hot seat.
Recent General Hospital previews indicate that Uncle Victor is determined to teach someone a lesson. He says, “no one crosses a Cassadine,” as he’s talking to Spencer outside a hospital room.
Victor believes Ava told Spencer about what happened between Nikolas and Esme, when in reality Spencer simply overheard the conversation between Ava and his father. Spencer has yet to tell his uncle how it really happened. Victor has been angry that Ava spilled the secret, blaming her for causing more trouble for the family. Ava has suffered enough. Then things turned around to the brighter side when Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno) came in clutch to save the day as he testified, which resulted in Trina’s exoneration. More good news came when she got word that she had been reinstated and could proceed with her college education.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) broke the news to Trina that her dear friend Ava Jerome (Maura West) has been brutally attacked by a mystery person. Now, all Trina can do is wait.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest that these recent traumatic events have served as major stressors for the young woman, having a dismal effect on her mental health. GH rumors which claim her mother Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has been lying about her daughter’s paternity which have light shed upon the truth when Trina begins showing signs of Schizophrenia. The connection between this mental disorder and Trina would be her alleged biological grandfather, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett).
GH rumors claim Portia’s secret will be outed when people start wondering where Trina’s newly presented mental illness stems from. It won’t be hard to connect the dots, pointing out Portia’s past affair with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) when she was married to Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews). Neither Taggert nor Portia hold any time of history with schizophrenia, making things quite obvious.
Now Portia will have to worry about her daughter’s health, along with potentially losing both men, Curtis and Taggert, and even Trina over her lies.
Former General Hospital star, Ingo Rademacher who played Jasper “Jax” Jacks, for over two decades has had some real life drama of his own relating to his employment with ABC.
General Hospital news and spoilers previously reported on Rademacher’s firing from ABC’s General Hospital, after a mandate for the Covid-19 vaccine was implemented in November of 2021.
Back in June of 2022, General Hospital Blog reported on some new developments which had unfolded in Rademacher’s case against the network. Those developments entailed a subpoena for documents against Ingo, stating he used an organization called, The Protection of the Educational Rights of Kids to find his lawsuit against Disney. Reports stayed Ingo was fighting back, making allegations of the company’s intentions to destroy his character.
Fast forward to present day, and General Hospital spoilers reveal there is much allegations coming forward. In a recent report, Rademacher has claimed to have obtained documents which prove ABC was planning to fire him before the mandate took place in November of 2021 for discriminatory reasons. Ingo alleges the documents prove ABC was in discussion to fire him due to his political beliefs, well before the November cut off, and that they were discovered and obtained as part of a typical process of both parties requirements to exchange files.
General Hospital news reports ABC has denied all allegations of wrongdoing and said its decision to fire Ingo Rademacher was proper. According to news outlets, a lawyer representing the network wrote, “[ABC] had an honest, good-faith belief that all decisions with respect to [Ingo] were made by [ABC] solely for legitimate, business-related reasons.”
ABC Network has requested that the court dismiss the entire lawsuit based on their statements against Rademacher’s claims. ABC stated company had “not acted in a manner highly offensive to a reasonable person and/or [Ingo] was not harmed by any such intrusion.”
The former GH star stands by his allegations, saying that these newly discovered documents prove the network was planning to fire him over political views by Summer of 2021.

Well there we have it! The storyline surrounding Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and her undying quest to find her long lost biological child lives on in her resentment toward Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
General Hospital recaps recall Nina’s search for her daughter came to an end when she found out Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was her child, and then was never able to get to know the psychopath. Nina blames Carly, says she had a hand in Nelle’s “death” although Nelle tried to kill multiple people including the father of her son, Wiley.
Nelle’s baby daddy happens to be Carly’s son, Michael Corinthos, and Carly was protecting her own when she and Nelle got into it and Nelle fell from the cliff. This major event has crates a so no effect of reactions that have lead this group of people to where they are today. Nina used this as her excuse RO keep Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) away from his wife and children, causing Sonny and Carly to divorce, and enabling Michael and Josslyn’s (Eden McCoy) resentment toward Sonny to fuel their future decisions.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is a major player in this story now that Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) confessed to Carly that she isn’t Willow’s biological mother, but Nelle’s mother Nina, is. Carly was sworn to secrecy. General Hospital rumors suggest that Willow’s leukemia diagnosis will open new doors to upcoming revelations regarding Nina and her daughter(s). Willow’s health will play a large role in the discovery, and previous General Hospital rumors and spoilers claimed Nelle would be the one who would he’ll save Willow’s life.
General Hospital news reports have confirmed Chloe Lanier’s return to the soap opera to reprise her role as Nelle Benson. GH spoilers reveal Nelle’s return will take place the week of September 5th. The actress weighs in on the big news. “It has been two years since I had played this role. What were my speech patterns? How did I walk as Nelle? All of these things that were once so clicked-in for me, I had totally forgotten how to do, but hopefully, it translated and I was able to slip back into character the way I did before. I’m hoping!”
