As GH fans, General Hospital Blog knows exactly how it feels to lose a beloved character, as well as how it feels to love (or hate) a newby. Whatever emotions are flowing through at the time someone leaves or enters the canvas, fans can be sure to get the latest information on our GH comings and goings page.
We love checking in on the real lives our favorite General Hospital stars when they aren’t playing their dramatic roles in Port Charles.
GH star, Marcus Coloma often shares parts of his life that take up his time when he’s not on set over at Prospect Studios.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Marcus Coloma’s social life has been involving co-star and friend, Maurice Benard. Maurice is best known for his role in the almost 60 year old daytime drama. Maurice, best known for his role as the iconic mobster, Sonny Corinthos. Although Marcus and Maurice spend a lot of time together outside of work, Marcus isn’t preoccupied with the likes of Ava Jerome (Maura West), Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), and all the drama that Port Charles brings.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal a recent video shared by Coloma via his Instagram page. The video shared is captioned, “Since the pandemic, we’ve become much closer❤️” It features Marcus himself, along with a couple of teddy bear plushies, as he is talking to them through a disagreement. Coloma’s post is meant to be lighthearted and heart warming, and obviously for entertainment purposes. He hugs each bear as they reach their resolution.
Based on his caption, Marcus makes light of feeling somewhat comforted by the simple things around his home, such as two teddy bears. Coloma’s fun loving video
Dr. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) has to be the bearer of bad news after delivering the most joyous information to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow’s health conditions become dire as her illness becomes a threat to her own life as e well as her baby’s.
General Hospital previews and rumors suggest that Dr. Ashford narrows down the details of what’s going on with Willow. In upcoming episodes of General Hospital, TJ gets Willow to agree to a bone marrow biopsy. TJ suspects that Willow is in for the battle of her life as she enters into her fight against leukemia.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow will need a bone marrow transplant and her best chance at a match would be a biological relative. Carly knows exactly who could save Willow’s life, but will she let Nina get all the glory?
Carly has the information and Nina has the DNA. Together these two can finally do something good for someone else. Will Willow’s health crisis force Carly into revealing Harmony’s secret?
There are family arguments and betrayals that seem to occur in most families, and then there are lines that should never be crossed.
Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) one night stand with his son Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) girlfriend, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen has crossed a line that most would never be able to erase.
General Hospital previews and spoilers indicate that this week, Spencer will learn of his dad and Esme’s act of betrayal in the midst of everything that is going on with Trina Robinson‘s (Tabyana Ali) trial. GH previews show Nikolas approaching Spencer in the courtroom with something he needs to tell him.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Spencer’s feelings for Esme were lost long ago when he realized she was the one behind the revenge porn video and framed Trina for it. Regarding Esme’s part in the encounter between she and his father, the betrayal doesn’t even compare to that of Nikolas’s part in the whole thing. It’s true it takes two to tango, but being betrayed by your father is far worse than being betrayed by a girlfriend you don’t even love.
Nikolas is in full confession mode, hoping to receive some type of understanding from Ava and Spencer as he explains how he was the victim of Esme’s we like imprisonment. She trapped him with her deceptive sob story, trying to make Nikolas feel sorry for her while coddling him during his troubles with Ava. Ava won’t hear any of it and wants nothing to do with Nikolas going forward. GH rumors hint that Spencer will give off the same vibe as Ava, turning his back on his father after finding out Nik could stoop so low as to sleeping with Esme.
This situation doesn’t bode well for the Cassadine family and the hopes Uncle Victor had of them all banning together as a dynamic force to be reckoned with. Family loyalty is what is necessary for such an accomplishment, and the Cassadine family is further away from Victor’s family goals than ever before.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) is on fire after Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) made his confession about sleeping with his son’s girlfriend, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
General Hospital recaps explain how Ava wasted no time in confronting the “high school graduate,” marching straight over to Wyndemere to make sure Esme regrets seducing her boyfriend Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) father.
General Hospital spoilers and previews reveal Uncle Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is done with his hospitality toward Esme and the undeserved inclusion he extended her way because she was Spencer’s girlfriend. Now that he knows what’s really going on, Victor has turned against Esme, wanting her out of Wyndemere and out of the family.
General Hospital rumors hint that Uncle Victor wants more than just for Esme to leave superficially. He wants her GONE, gone. Unfortunately for Esme, Victor isn’t the only one fed up with her antics. General Hospital spoilers and previews suggest Victor and Ava team up to put a stop to Esme for good.
GH rumors hint that Victor puts a target on Esme’s back, while Ava’s confrontation with the little home wrecker turns almost deadly. It’s unlikely Esme will die due to her portrayer’s 3 year contract with the almost 60 year old soap opera. General Hospital news reports confirm, Avery Kristen Pohl is about one year into her 3 year contract, making it impossible for her character, Esme, to be killed off at this time.
Esme and her father Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) have tormented the Cassadine family for far too long. Ava and Victor are fed up with Ryan’s devil child and are on a mission to end her reign of terror.
Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) hasn’t had an easy upbringing. She has done well for herself as an adult with a steady career and three wonderful children.
Elizabeth’s life hasn’t been without struggle, dealing with trauma from her past. Recent General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest Elizabeth is about to weather the eye of her personal storm. After her recent breakdown, Liz has jumped back into her daily routine. Against Dr. Kevin Collins’s (Jon Lindstrom) and Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) better judgement, Elizabeth is back at work and tackling her every day life and the struggles that come along with it. She seems too good too soon and this behavior is setting up Liz for hitting rock bottom.
General Hospital previews and spoilers reveal Elizabeth has suppressed trauma that will soon rise to the surface. General Hospital rumors suggest that the upcoming arrival of her father, Jeff Webber, will trigger her past trauma, causing Elizabeth to have a full on mental breakdown.
GH rumors hint that Elizabeth’s story will take a dark turn down memory lane, revealing a tragic history of abuse. Elizabeth has been rattled lately with every mention of her father. She keeps avoiding and running from her past but she can’t escape what’s been done.
Will Liz be strong enough to go through the memories of her past?
Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has been hanging a confession over Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) head ever since he fell for her twisted game and slept with his son’s girlfriend.
General Hospital recaps explain how Nikolas couldn’t handle the weight of their secret, beating Esme to the punch and telling Ava Jerome (Maura West) what happened between he and this psychotic young woman.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors predict that Ava’s conversation with Esme will follow true form as there is no holding back for both women. Recent General Hospital previews and spoilers indicate that Ava shows no mercy to the, “conniving little whore,” as she confronts Esme about sleeping with Nikolas. One thing leads to another and the verbal confrontation quickly turns into a physical altercation, with life threatening results.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nikolas is summoned to Wyndemere to run interference but may show up too late to prevent a tragedy.
General Hospital news and GH comings and goings reports confirm that actress Avery Kristen Pohl who portrays Esme, has signed a three year contract with the soap, leaving about two years left to reek havoc around Port Charles. It’s unlikely Esme will die, however, GH rumors hint that there will be bloodshed.
Dr. Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) character has come a long way since she arrived on the scene as the most dreaded woman. What she had done to Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) as a way to get back at her mother, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), was considerably unredeemable.
General Hospital recaps explain how Liesl had Robin captive while making it look as though she had died in a lab fire at GH. Robin’s mother Anna, her husband, Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson), and daugter Emma Drake (Brooklyn Silzer), along with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and many other loved ones mourned her alleged death for years.
It’s safe to say that Dr. Obrecht has turned a new leaf. Although far from squeaky clean, Obrecht is now a contributing citizen as she works as a Doctor at GH, and has a loving bond with her daughter, Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), along with boyfriend Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner), Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), and more.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal Gati joined the cast of General Hospital on July 31, 2012. General Hospital spoilers reveal she has shared a photo and related caption to her Instagram account, announcing her 10 year anniversary with the almost 60 year old soap opera.
In Kathleen’s Instagram caption below, she thanks Executive Producer, Frank Valentini, Mark Teschner, and all e cast and crew for, “ten years of love and kindness.”
We are so happy Kathleen has been a part of General Hospital for a decade, making Port Charles a lot more colorful. She is an amazing woman on and off screen! We at General Hospital Blog are proud to say, meeting Kathleen Gati was our absolute pleasure!
The Quartermaine family is growing, and among the youngest generation of the legendary Port Charles family is the son of Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and the late Julian Jerome (William deVry). Ned Ashton [Quartermaine] adopted Leo making the child an official member of the Quartermaine family.
General Hospital news reports confirm that Easton Rocket joined the cast of General Hospital in August of 2021. General Hospital recaps explain how he and his family went through a rough patch when Olivia and Ned faced his Autism diagnosis. They have come a long way after denial and resistance. Knowing how to care for their son through education and support from others has been extremely beneficial for the whole family.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal that Easton Rocket is celebrating a one year anniversary as Leo on General Hospital. The young actor has taken to Instagram to express his gratefulness at the opportunity to play this role. Previous GH news reports disclosed Rocket’s real life Autism diagnosis, making the role he plays as Leo all the more authentic.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Rocket’s first scene at GH was at the Metro Court pool, calling out to Dante, saying, “Dante, you’re here!” Easton filled fans in on a little behind the scenes scoop. In his IG video, Easton explains that he calls his Tv mom, Lisa LoCicero (Olivia) “TOM” for TV mom, and she refers to him as “TON” in reference to TV son.
We are happy to celebrate Easton Rocket’s first year at General Hospital and wish him the absolute best. We can’t wait to watch Leo grow up!
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) do a perfect job in showing the world how they feel about each other. It’s no secret these two women can’t stand the site of one another and are unable to hold it in.
General Hospital recaps remind fans that Nina blames Carly for the death of her daughter, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), along with blaming Carly for keeping Nelle’s identity a secret. In turn, Nina used the opportunity that came about with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) having amnesia in Nixon Falls to get back at her enemy. Carly has Joe lost her marriage and her career at the Metro Court because of Nina’s spite.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest that it’s now Carly’s turn. GH recaps explain, Carly is harboring a secret that would drastically change Nina’s life. Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) was in her death bed when she made Carly promise not to tell Nina and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) they are mother and daughter.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest that Willow has a secret of her own and will continue to keep her health condition to herself. GH rumors claim that Willow’s medical situation will come down to the wire. Nina and Willow won’t learn they are mother and daughter until what seems the like end for Willow.
Will Nina miss another chance at getting to know her daughter?
Carly has known about Nina and Willow this entire time, just as she knew a about Nelle being Nina’s daughter. As Nina is about to lose another child, Carly will be blamed for keeping Harmony’s secret and for causing Nina to lose out on quality time with yet another child.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has shown over and over again that she is a selfless young woman who always puts others first.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow continues down the selfless path by keeping her diagnosis to herself as a way of trying not to put the burden on Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and the rest of her loved ones.
General Hospital rumors hint that Willow will keep her diagnosis to herself for too long, missing any opportunity for Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to disclose the truth about her biological mother. Carly is keeping Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) dying wish of a secret to herself because she feels telling Willow that Nina is her biological mother would be damning. However, if faced with the choice to spill the secret as a way to save willows life, she would.
General Hospital rumors and spoilers suggest it may not even get that far and Carly may never even have the chance because Willow will take matters into her own hands.
Will Willow let this secret take her to the grave while making the last minute decision to save her baby and sacrifice her own life?
