…Over the years, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and his brother Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) have had each other’s backs. Through every adventure, every romance, every loss and triumph, the Scorpio brothers remain close. One solid way they’ve stayed close all this time is through their mutual friend group. Now that Robert has his sights on a new love interest, will Diane fit in with his bother Mac and their friends?

General Hospital recaps take us back to Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennesy) strong stance on dating. She made it abundantly clear that she won’t compete with any woman for a man’s attention; not even Robert’s. That being said, she won’t lower herself to such a competition with anyone, let alone Holly Sutton (Emma Samms).

Right now, Diane hasn’t a clue whether or she and Robert have a fighting chance at romance. As previously noted, Diane is certain that no man is worth getting petty with another woman over his affections. On the other hand, her fierce desire for victory might take over. It’s quite possible that the more Holly’s confidence shines through, the more inclined Diane becomes to win Robert over.

Kin Shriner leaves GH as Scotty Baldwin! Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) found love again with Scott Baldwin. They both bonded over losing Franco (Roger Howarth), as Liesl was close friends with Scotty’s son. Although she blamed him in part for adding to her anguish, Scott was by Liesl’s side as she grieved for her daughter, Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

GH news reports reveal that Shriner began his run as Scotty Baldwin back in 1977. The actor who originated the role made the character his own with his quick-witted comments and sarcastic banter. He went on to become part of one of the most memorable and tragic romance stories in daytime. He and Shell Danielson knocked Dominique Stanton’s love and loss story out of the park. Sadly, General Hospital Blog confirms that actor Kin Shriner has been let go from ABC’s General Hospital.

According to General Hospital news reports, Monday’s episode features a guest star with a familiar mother. Over on the set of Home and Heart, Sasha was put to the test. Having just been through major trauma, The Face of Deception was reluctant to jump back into the swing of things. But Maxie Jones’s (Kirsten Storms) belief in Sasha was just the push she needed.

LSasha faced Haven and her attempt to sabotage, meanwhile, she received warm vibes from the show’s producer. Selina rigs Trina’s paternity test results?! First of all, what we really want to do is shake Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner)! His holier than thou attitude can get lost. In fact, it should have been left behind to blow up on the Haunted Star. And to be clear, we are talking about his self righteous ways, but Curtis himself. Secondly, two wrongs don’t make a right! Or in this case, two liars don’t cancel out the lies coming from each side. That being said, Curtis has a decision to make.

According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is ready to find out the truth. GH recaps revisit Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) wedding day, when the sh!t hit the fan. Trina’s curiosity lead her to Aunt Stella’s (Vernee Watson) door, and one thing led to another. Trina was left with so many questions and her mom was the only person who could answer them. So, that’s exactly what she did. Trina demanded answers from Portia, and Portia had no choice but to reveal her twenty year old secret.

GH spoilers suggest that Trina prepares to end the uncertainty and finally learn the truth. Despite the technicalities and science, Trina considers Taggert (Réal Andrews) her father in every sense of the word. Although, she’s grown to care for Curtis in a similar fashion. Not to mention, Curtis thinks of Trina like a daughter regardless of the DNA. As for Marcus Taggert, he will always be Trina’s dad in his eyes.

Selina rigs Trina’s paternity test results! But at what price?

Monday’s General Hospital recaps recall Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) offer to Curtis. At The Savoy, she flat out told him that she can make those test results turn out to be whatever he’d like. Now, Curtis has to make a decision. Would he really have Selina change the results in his favor? And which outcome would constitute as favorable to Curtis? Here are his options; 1) Curtis can reject Selina’s offer entirely, 2) He could tell Selina to make it so that he IS Trina’s father- and Curtis, Portia, and Trina could live happy ever after, or 3) Curtis could save a lot of hearts from breaking and tell Selina to show Taggert is Trina’s biological father.

Of course, this all comes at a price. Selina Wu isn’t going to do something for nothing. Especially something of this caliber. A returned favor is inevitable, and so is a guarantee that things only get worse from here. The lies will eventually catch up just as Portia’s did.

The 50th annual Daytime Emmy Awards Postponed! As ABC’s General Hospital reaches its 60th anniversary, the daytime television as a whole meets it’s own major milestone. According to the latest daytime tv news, this year marks the 50th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.

Originally, General Hospital news and spoilers indicated that the Daytime Emmy Awards was scheduled to air on June 16th on CBS. But GH spoilers reveal that due to the writer’s strike, everything is put on hold. The celebration requires professional writers to write the witty one liners and the host’s overall dialogue. With the WGA on strike, supporters and picketers complicate matters. More importantly, attendance might be very slim due to the support shown to the writers.

Daytime Emmy Awards Postponed

June 16th is right around the corner and we already bought our popcorn for the IG night. Sadly, General Hospital news reports confirm that the Awards show has not been cancelled. However, a new air date has yet to be determined, and is dependent upon a resolution for the WGA strike.

Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) resurfaced and was on the brink of giving birth. Because of Nik’s one night stand with Esme, he became a father for the third time by his son’s ex-girlfriend. Ultimately, one thing lead to another and soon enough Ava took a swing that changed everything.

General Hospital recaps recall Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) desperate attempt to stop a threat. Remember, Nikolas became unhinged leading up to his disappearance. Eventually, his poor choices lead to his divorce from Ava, and the fact that she obtained Wyndemere sent him over the edge. What was Ava supposed to do when Nikolas came marching in, barking about taking Avery? She did what she had to do to ensure her daughter’s safety. Besides, other than practically killing him, she did Nikolas a huge solid. Otherwise Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) would have completed the job. No one messes with Sonny’s kids or the mother(s) of his children. Honestly, Nikolas should consider himself lucky.

According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Nikolas haunts Ava at Wyndemere! Before he disappeared, she took his home in the divorce, and then almost killed him in the same home where they shared their lives together. GH recaps remind us that Mason is making trouble for Austin (Roger Howarth) and Ava. Although she knows Mason took Nik’s body, she has no clue that he’s still alive. With that, Nikolas has the opportunity to mess with Ava.

According to recent GH rumors, Nikolas uses his upper hand to drive Ava out of Wyndemere and never look back. Will she be too spooked to stay?

So, what makes the fans so sure of Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnesssy) death?

When we reflect back on General Hospital recaps, it surely seemed like Victor was as dead as can be. Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) and the only remaining stable Cassadine family members sighed with relief over his demise. However, a recent comment has GH fans questioning whether or not Victor will be back to reek havoc on Port Charles. Although his lifeless body was clearly shown, new developments raise speculation.

According to General Hospital news reports, Shaughnessy may have just let the cat out of the bag in a statement to Soap Opera Digest. General Hospital News And Spoilers: Gavin Houston Reveals “Meaty” Storyline, Portia’s Brother Zeke Robinson Returns

Zeke returns to GH! Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) were starting a beautiful life together when things came to a screeching halt. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) had put her mother in the spot, and demanded answers.

As General Hospital recaps recall, Portia and Curtis had already said “I do,” in front of family and friends. Among the wedding guests was Portia’s brother Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston). Zeke popped up in Port Charles in early February. On February 7th Zeke made his first appearance for Curtis’s bachelor party. Then, he was seen again on February 15th for his sister Portia’s wedding.

General Hospital news reports that Gavin Houston announced his upcoming General Hospital status. He revealed that Zeke returns to GH in a “meaty” storyline. We can only assume that Trina’s paternity mystery is so juicy that we can’t help but sink our teeth into it. GH rumors tease that Houston’s character is involved in his tv sister’s family drama. Specifically, Portia’s twenty year secret. Now that Trina has made a decision to test DNA, it’s only a matter of time until they know the truth.

According to Michael Fairman TV, General Hospital news reports reveal an interesting fact some may have missed. Prior to February of 2023, Gavin Houston already appeared on General Hospital. Houston made his first appearance in 2010 as Detective Sly Thomas.

General Hospital Spoilers: Nina’s Guilty Conscience Is Conditional, With No True Remorse

Every other day Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) cries as she plays the victim. And every other day, Nina reflects on what she’s done. She feels sorry (mainly for herself) for a short time, but then something comes over her (usually thoughts of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright)). Then, as anyone can guess, she’s back at it with cruel intentions. This proves that Nina’s guilty conscience is conditional. Meaning, she only feels bad for the awful things she does when it’s convenient for herself.

Recent General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina already has a change of heart. She knows what she did was wrong. However, only once she realized that hurting Carly and Drew will not only hurt Willow, but that it’ll come back on herself, did Nina feel some kind of regret. Furthermore, according to GH previews, Nina’s true colors show yet again. An upcoming scene shows Nina admitting to Carly, “and to think I felt guilty,” and Carly replies, “guilty about what?” Apparently, Nina justifies what’s she’s already done and blames Carly again. Nina felt bad for a minute, but it’s always Carly’s fault for why Nina’s guilty conscience falters. And we say that with sarcasm and the intent to point out Nina’s obviously point of view.

So what makes Nina fall back on her guilt admission? What could Carly have possibly done this time to justify Nina’s cruel intentions?

General Hospital Spoilers: Dex Makes A Choice, Josslyn Stands By Her Man- Will Joss And Dex Leave Together?

Joss and Dex leave together?! …Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) hired Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) as an informant. His mission was to get solid evidence against Michael’s own father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). With that, Michael planned to turn over the evidence, and secure Sonny’s future behind bars.

Somewhere along the way Dex fell for Michael’s sister, Sonny’s ex stepdaughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). At first, Joss and Dex’s relationship was a secret because of Michael and Sonny. Neither wanted Dex anywhere near Joss, but she and Dex are adults who couldn’t resist the chemistry between them.

Currently, their relationship is out in the open, and Sonny’s blessing was an added bonus. When he found out, he told Josslyn that her mother is the only one who has a true say in what she does. As for Dex, Sonny was disappointed he kept the secret. However, Dex has saved Sonny’s life so it’s almost as if Sonny gave him a free pass.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Dex makes a choices about his future. Now that Michael called off the mission Dex risked his life for, Dex faces two unsatisfying options. He must choose to stay working for Sonny legitimately, in hopes that he’ll never find out his initial intentions. Or, flee Port Charles, never to be seen by Sonny or anyone again- including Joss.

GH previews indicate Dex tells Joss he has to leave. Moreover, GH rumors hint that she’ll vow to stand by her man and leave along with him. Regarding any potential GH exits, no news has come to the surface about McCoy and Hofer’s General Hospital status. Therefore, General Hospital comings and goings reports show no signs of these two exiting the 60 year old daytime drama. Rest assured, we will keep y’all posted on any developments!
