A true Cassadine is always scheming and plotting for their own personal gain. In their minds, the ends always justify the means. It doesn’t matter who get a just along the way, so long as a Cassadine reaches their goal.

General Hospital spoilers reveal the Cassadine’s are dead set on keeping Esme from her son. Victor’s sinister plot catches even Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) off guard. No matter how hard she tries, she can’t seem to convince Spencer that she is worthy mother. Ace is Esme’s number one priority. Despite her past, the new mom displays responsible, loving, and logical behavior toward and regarding her newborn son. Even still, Spencer and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) plot to take the child from his own mother.

Esme Wants Nikolas Gone

Thankfully, Esme has one less Cassadine to worry about. In the latest General Hospital previews, Esme is heard insinuating that she wants him to stay gone. GH rumors claim that “him” is in reference to Nikolas Cassadine. It’s true, she could also be referring to Spencer. He’s off to his meeting with Uncle Vic and has finally left her side. No matter how you slice it, one less Cassadine is one less problem for this new mom. Esme’s going the best she can given the circumstances. It’s bad enough that she doesn’t know who she can trust. So, adding another Cassadine to stake their claim is just another added obstacle.

To honor her friend Epiphany, Willow was escorted by Carly to the memorial. At that point, Willow seems to be in good spirits.

(Un)luckily for Esme, she gave birth to an heir. And not just any heir, but a Cassadine heir. Controlling and dangerous, Victor Cassadine’s plan to take baby Ace from his mother is fueled by Spencer’s vendetta against his father, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), as well as Esme.

Victor’s influence on his young nephew is manipulative and destructive. No matter how much he’s been warned against Victor, it’s not getting through to Spencer. However, sometimes it takes a personal experience to understand when something or someone isn’t good for you. That being said, Spencer meets with Victor to discuss plans to get their hands on Esme’s son.

According to recent General Hospital rumors, Spencer has second thoughts after meeting with his uncle. Uncle Victor tries so hard to convince Spence that he has his best interest in mind. But, Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) warned her grandson about his Cassadine uncle time after time. Perhaps Uncle Vic tries a little too hard this time.
