Kelly Sullivan SAVED?!

Just a few moments ago @kellysullivanNY tweeted a photo of herself and GH’s Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) captioned, “SoCo Lives.” Interpret that as you may, and take it with a grain of salt but we cannot help but wonder if the actress who currently plays Connie Falconeri is trying to tell her fans something. Recently we were all informed that Kelly Sullivan has been let go from General Hospital and that Connie has been written off the show. Immediate responses from the fans led to measures of trying to save their facvorite character from leaving, and their favorite actress from losing her job. Fans gathered together to show their support by petitioning the decision that Frank Valentini and Ron Carlivati made to let her go. Fans rallied together and were successful in getting the hashtag #KeepKelly trending on Twitter on numerous occasions. General Hospital Blog took part in spreading the word and getting the fans voices heard on this topic. We are hoping that Kelly was trying to get a message out to her fans without actually coming out with this information. Comedy Central’s Roast of James Franco -Francophrenia

This Labor Day, Comedy Central will be roasting the multi-talented, actor-producer, James Franco.

According to an article from the LA Times, “The special, which will tape in Los Angeles in August, will feature stars, comedians and others taking humorous, sharp-edged aim at Franco. “If only James Franco was a more successful, multi-hyphenated incessant creative risk-taker in different media, he’d be the perfect person to roast,” said Kent Alterman, president of content development and original programming for Comedy Central. “Oh well … I suppose we’ll just have to make do.”  Said Franco: “I’ve dreamed about this Roast for as long as I can remember.”

General Hospital fans, it’s time to get excited! Have you been wanting to see the Tribeca Film Festival’s Francophrenia by James Franco? Now is your chance! Francophrenia, the documentary which was based on Franco’s work on General Hospital as the psychotic, artistic criminal, Robert Frank (Franco), will be featured on Comedy Central after the airing of the James Franco Roast this Labor Day.

Messy Hair and a Leather Jacket

Yesterday on General Hospital, Alexis described her emotional experience of her 16 year old pregnancy and they way she met Sam’s Father. With tears in her eyes, Alexis told her daughter how she would never forget the day she was born and how she felt when she was forced to give her away. She told Sam she never got to know the boy’s name but described him as having messy hair and a leather jacket.

Molly and Rafe were playing the Ouija board and Molly asked the spirit of Rafe’s Father if he knew who Sam’s Dad was. To Molly and Rafe’s surprise, the answer was yes, and the letter that was introduced was J. Hmmmm…

GH SHOCKERS! Robin’s Return!

According to the cover of Soaps in Depth, Sabrina may be facing a battle. This time, it’s not with Britt, but Patrick’s WIFE, Robin! The cover featuring this story claims, “GH SHOCKERS.” Sabrina has already won little Emma’s heart, however, in order to keep Patrick, Sabrina will have to fight for her man… but will Sabrina be battling Robin’s memory, or have the fan’s prayers been answered? Nancy Lee Grahn Teases Fans With “Sam’s Daddy” Game

While many fans seem to think Franco is the obvious donor that will save baby Daniel’s life with a bone marrow transplant, we have another man in mind. There has been a lot of talk about Sam finding out who her biological Father is. Since Danny is so sick, and they are searching for a match, who better to dig up than a long lost relative who would be the child’s biological Grandfather? This is a perfect way to finally introduce Sam’s Daddy. And he just may be the person to save Danny’s life.

Nancy Lee Grahn has notified her Twitter followers that the identity of Sam’s Daddy will be revealed on Monday, July 15th episode of General Hospital. Today via Twitter, @NancyLeeGrahn invited her followers and fellow GH fans to play a little game of #SamsDaddy. Fans got to make guesses on who they think it may be. Game rules stated that whoever wins gets to make out with anyone on GH.

Ron Carlivati’s Message to Kelly Sullivan on Her Exit

Kelly Sullivan fans have been coming out of the woodwork expressing how much they will miss the actress that has been portraying the Kate Howard/Connie Falconeri split personality. In their expressions, they reveal gratitude and praise the actress for a job more than well done. There are campaigns circulating the internet to get the executives at GH to change their minds. For two days in a row now, Twitter users and devoted fans of Kelly Sullivan have been able to get their feelings about the situation trending using the hashtag #KeepKelly.

Someone we didn’t expect to comment on the situation directly sent out a tweet to @KellySullivanNY. It reads, “Thank you for your unforgettable portrayal of Kate/Connie on GH. Can’t wait 2 c what u do next xoxo Ron.”

Fans all believe that this was a HUGE mistake made by the executives and producers at General Hospital. We are still hopeful that their minds can be changed and that we can #KeepKelly on General Hospital as Connie Falconeri.
