Yesterday, the 14 year old actress shared the good news about her recently surgery to remove “Tyler the tumor.” Reportedly, Scarlett had a non-ossifying tumor removed and is recovering in the hospital. Although benign, large bone tumors require surgery. Typically, reports reveal that the patient may resume full activities within 3 to 6 months post surgery.
