General Hospital news reports reveal Cameron Mathison admits he had a rare bone disease in childhood called Legg Calve Perthes. He was diagnosed with the degenerative bone disease at 2 years of age. For 4 years, he wore braces on his legs to aid his femur bone to support his body. Mathison points out that the knowledge of this disease has come along way, there is still so much more to learn.
