General Hospital fans have been vocal about their opinion regarding the current storyline involving fan favorite, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Everyone just wants to see Sonny remember who is he and leave his life as Mike behind.
Due to Maurice’s lessened time on screen as Sonny suffers from amnesia, General Hospital rumors began surrounding Benard’s status with the 58 year old drama. Some GH fans have questioned Benard’s half-absence.

And as for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), the GH audience wants her to pay for what she has done by keeping Sonny away from Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and loved ones.

Another rumors is that Benard has made himself scared on screen due to an outside project such as a movie. Benard has posted and Instagram story, informing fans that the rumors of having Covid and/or filming a movie is actually false.
