Willow’s recognition of the pendant proves recent General Hospital rumors of Willow’s involvement in this story line. However, what it doesn’t reveal is the way in which she is involved.
General Hospital rumors have another young woman in mind to be revealed as Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) daughter. Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) has been pegged by GH fans along with the possibility of Willow and Nelle being twins, leaving both girls as Nina’s daughters.
