Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) are in denial about their feelings. They are confused and torn as a result of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Detective Chase’s (Josh Swickard) selfless lie, but a lie nonetheless.
Chase’s words and the kiss they shared resonates with Willow as she struggles through her feelings for Chase, her past love, and Michael, the man she has started a family with. Sasha wants what is best for Michael, and even Michael and Willow as a couple, although she herself is struggling with her leftover feelings for Michael.
General Hospital spoilers indicate Michael and Willow’s decision regarding their relationship won’t come easy. As for now, they have decided to end their marriage due to the fact that they would never have been together of their circumstances weren’t based on a lie. But there’s no denying they have both developed real feelings for each other, and in their hearts, Willow will always be Wiley’s mom.

GH rumors claim Willow and Michael will face a surprise pregnancy, making their little family a bit bigger.
