Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was publicly intoxicated the night she saw Julian Jerome (William deVry) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) in an exchange on the pier.
When Alexis questioned Julian about his conversation with “drug pusher” as directly said by Alexis, Julian played it off as if Cyrus was just harassing him about selling The Floating Rib. Alexis had been drinking and everyone who was at The Floating Rib, saw that she was drunk.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Alexis will make the connection between Julian and Cyrus when she remembers seeing them engaged in the conversation on the pier.
