General Hospital rumors claim that if Franco is not dead, this whole thing could have been a setup to trap Peter. Some fan theories suggest that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) could even be in on the setup, as Franco might be wearing a bulletproof vest. But what about Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), Cameron (William Lipton), Aidan, and Jake? How can they be left to grieve such a tragic loss?
Franco knows that his memories of Peter and Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) voices are the key to uncovering The evidence and proof they need to finally nail Peter. Peter is also aware of this and wants Franco dead. The plan may be a way for Franco to have Peter believe he has succeeded in killing him, which also means Peter will go free because the evince dies with Franco.
According to previous General Hospital comings and goings reports, Howarth will take a break from GH, but the duration of this hiatus has not yet been clarified.
