Because of this, it’s quite obvious that mob violence is a recurring problem in Port Charles. History tells us that innocent lives are at risk at any given moment. There’s no telling who is next to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Clearly, everyone is fair game.
Previously, the Mayor’s daughter even fell victim to a mob hit. Sadly, she became collateral damage when Cyrus ordered Julian Jerome (William deVry) to plant a bomb at The Floating Rib. GH recaps recall that’s when Lulu’s uncle Cyrus (Jeff Kober) was involved in her tragic accident. Yes, Mayor Laura Spencer Collins’s (Genie Francis) daughter was tragically injured because of Cyrus. Lives were forever changed after the Floating Rib explosion.
GH history reports confirm that fan-favorite Julie Berman (40) took over in 2005. She stepped in after child actor Tessa Allen was cast as Lulu Spencer. Berman went on to portray Luke and Laura’s daughter until 2013. That’s when the role was recast with Emme Rylan. Today, GH Executives have closed the door on Rylan’s hopeful return to GH.

She was born to the legendary couple, Luke and Laura Spencer. Lulu’s older brother Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) is the couple’s first born. Reportedly, GH spoilers and news reveal that ABC’s General Hospital has recast Lulu Spencer. Recent reports verified that actress Emme Rylan addressed recent GH news. Unfortunately, Rylan was not asked to reprise the role. GH rumors tease that the new Lulu Spencer recast is actress Stephanie Gatschet. Gatschet is known for her roles on Guiding Light and All My Children, along with other tv and movie roles.
