Viktor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has been resurrected, making a shocking comeback as he is working with Peter August (Wes Ramsey) to reek havoc on the people of Port Charles.
Viktor Cassadine lured Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to a convention/seminar for Huntington’s Disease. He played upon Liesl’s vulnerable state, knowing that her daughter, Dr. Britt Westbourne, was recently diagnosed with having the genetic marker for the incurable disease.
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Viktor’s manipulation and control extends beyond the obvious. He’s working with Peter August, but that’s just on the surface. Viktor plans on using Peter, and ultimately letting him go down for anything that goes wrong with their plan.
