General Hospital spoilers reveal Mayor Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) is determined to get to the bottom of what Victor is up to and she hopes that Ava Jerome (Maura West) can be trusted. Laura finds it to be an odd coincidence that Victor has popped up at the same time of Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) alleged death.
