General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Finds Sonny Distraught

As Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) health takes it’s final turn, his closest family member, his son, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), is faced with the responsibility of Mike’s final days.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Mike Corbin will soon lose his battle with Alzheimer’s. Mike has been surrounded by his close family and friends, making his last several months filled with love and support. Mike has definitely not had to fight this battle alone. His son, Sonny, daughter in law, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), along with his grandchildren, and close family friends have been by side during his fight with this disease.

General Hospital spoilers indicate Carly will find her husband distraught over the situation with his dad. GH rumors suggest Sonny will have to make a decision that would either prolong his dad’s life as he struggles more and more with everyday actions, or let him go. Mike is at the stage where he cannot remember how to perform daily actions that would normally be second nature. He has stopped eating, and talking for the most part.

Sonny needs to prepare himself to be able to say goodbye to his father. Carly is there for Sonny as part of a support system for her husband during this challenging time in his life.

There’s no denying these upcoming scenes will show to be very emotional as the Corinthos family says goodbye to a father and grandfather.
