Willow is pregnant, but Dr. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) has informed her that along with her pregnancy, her white blood cell count is elevated. Usually, this is somewhat normal in pregnancy, but Dr. Ashford has a feeling that this white blood cell issue isn’t related to her pregnancy at all.
