Previously, Liz was suspicious of her son Jake Webber (Hudson West) of acting out on his feelings about his mom moving on with Finn. Then strolled in Betsy Frank and got Liz and Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) thinking that Franco’s “mom” could be the one behind the mysteries events happening to Elizabeth. Those are the obvious suspects but what if it’s someone she least expects?
