Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has had her fair share of secrets from her ex-fiancé, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Now the tables have turned and Finn is hiding something SO much bigger than Anna could imagine.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Dr. Finn are the only two who know exactly what happened to Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Anna has been jogging her brain trying to figure out Peter’s whereabouts, when Finn has known this entire time.
General Hospital previews show Anna questioning Finn about Peter. He seems to be sure that Anna won’t find him. She asks Finn, “Is there a reason why you don’t think I’ll find Peter?,” and Finn hesitated with a frozen look on his face.
General Hospital rumors suggest Finn and Elizabeth have done something with the body, and only they know where Peter’s lifeless body can be found. Finn gets close, but rumor has it he holds onto this secret a little longer.
