Mikayla joined the cast of General Hospital in February of 2019. Mikayla took on the role after it was originated in 2017. Sydney took over nearly one year after Tiana Le departed the daytime drama in 2018.

Sydney crept into the hearts of General Hospital fans with her portrayal of Trina Robinson. Trina Robinson became a main character and essential part of major storylines. Trina and her besties Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Cameron Webber (William Lipton), and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) made teenage memories around Port Charles. Aside from their day to day teenage lives, these kids faced more dangers and threats than your average teens.

Despite her popularity, Sydney decided to leave her role on General Hospital. Since leaving Trina Robinson behind, Sydney Mikayla has been spending her time continuing her education at UCLA, working on new film projects, as well as directing photo shoots. She recently starred in the film, Crybaby Bridge and has been featured in magazines.
