It seems every time we have a major story line, another past character is resurrected from the dead. It’s always nice to be able to play with that type of situation. In the soap world- anything is possible, characters murder and get redeemed, they leave and return, die and come back from the dead, and more.
In recent past, the Quartermaine family has gone from a large, powerful family, to very small in numbers as many of the Q’s passed on or left Port Charles. But more recently, members of the Quartermaine family seem to be making their way to Port Charles. Whether they are passing through or staying for a while, The Quartermaines have been reunited with some long lost family. This holiday past season, retired actress, Jane Elliot returned temporarily to reprise her role as Tracy Quartermaine. Ned (Wally Kurth) is also in town, along with his daughter, Brook Lynn Ashton (Amanda Setton).
General Hospital spoilers reflect on a past report of General Hospital news which involved GH actress, Natalia Livingston (Emily Quartermaine). General Hospital Blog previously posted the possibility of Livingston reprising her role as Emily Quartermaine. At that time, the actress stated she would be willing to come back to ABC‘s General Hospital.
General Hospital spoilers have been reminding GH fans of how anyone who is anyone that is remotely related to the Quartermaine family is trying hard to get their hands on shares of ELQ, the family business. Since the article reporting GH news regarding Natalia Livingston being open to returning as Emily Quartermaine, General Hospital rumors have been going back and forth as fan theories are heating up. General Hospital rumors claim Emily Quartermaine will be discovered to be alive, held captive by The Cassadines.
Another General Hospital rumor indicates Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will make the discovery that his family has been hiding Emily all these years after she died at fateful night at Wyndemere. Helena (Constance Towers) has always had it out for Emily and never wanted her marrying Nikolas. Valentin is desperate after losing the Cassadine fortune to it’s heir, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Nikolas is yet another who has returned from the dead, and he was ready to claim what’s his which left Valentin empty handed. It’s like that if Valentin is to be the one who discovers Emily is alive, he could use her as leverage for her shares of ELQ. After losing the fortune and finding out he is not a true Cassadine, and losing Nina (Cynthia Watros), Valentin could stumpled upon his key to shares of ELQ, Emily.
Should Emily return to the canvas and be Valentin’s one chance at turning his misfortune around or will that plan backfire like the rest?
