Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is keeping a life altering secret from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). She can’t bring herself to crush him and his dreams of their growing family.

General Hospital rumors hint that Nina will misconstrue the bond between Willow and Dr. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), confronting Willow and accusing her of having an affair with TJ.
What will she do about Nina’s interpretation of her relationship with TJ?
As horrible to Willow as that sounds to think anyone could believe she’d do that to Michael, GH spoilers and rumors hint that Willow just might run with it. To Willow, the sound of Michael finding out she’s been unfaithful could be easier on the heart than having Michael find out that she and/or their baby are dying.
Willow is hellbent on keeping her leukemia diagnosis from Michael, as she wants to hold off on chemotherapy for the sake of their unborn child. GH rumors hint that Willow may end up sacrificing her own life in order to save her baby, all while leading Michael to believe she fell in love with TJ.
TJ is content in his domestic partnership with Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos), who will like Michael, will be blindsided by the news that her high school sweetheart turned to life partner has been sneaking around with another woman.
Willow will have to do some hard pleading to convince TJ to go along with such a ruse. His doctor patient confidentiality oath locks him into keeping her diagnosis under wraps, but that agreeing to fake an affair is on another level.
