Alison Rogers is living out her dream of being a professional singer and pop star. She and her mother Natalia Rogers Ramirez (Eva LaRue) have built her career from the ground up. Mostly, Natalia has been supportive yet continues with her incessant attempts to take control.
General Hospital recaps recall when Alison, aka Blaze, came out to her mother. She let her know that she and Kristina Corinthos are romantically involved. That’s when Blaze’s mom showed both support and denial of the situation at the same time. Later, her comments about her daughter’s sexual and relationship status would come back to bite her. As we know, Ava Jerome single handedly outed Natalia for her take on Blaze’s life, along with her relationship with Kristina. Natalia does regret her words and has done what she can to make things right so that Blaze’s career doesn’t plummet.
Meanwhile, Kristina’s father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has fully supported Kristina and Blaze. But Sonny always seems to come under fire for other reasons. The main reason being that he’s a mob kingpin. Despite his profession, Natalia didn’t bat an eye when she was smitten with Sonny. However, that changes now.
