Carly is a fighter and her top priority in life is her children. Nelle Benson knows Carly’s weakness and she uses that to her advantage.

It’s likely that Morgan has memory loss from the accident/explosion, and has no clue who he or even his family is. GH rumors claim Nelle will remember his face from photos, and use Morgan as her tactic to get revenge on Carly. If Nelle and Morgan show up in Port Charles together, Morgan will want nothing to do with a family he doesn’t know. Carly will see Nelle with her son, this time Morgan, and it will drive her mad!
