Nina (Cynthia Watros) has already faced some major realizations and uncovered truths and General Hospital spoilers are now hinting Nina will make yet another discovery. She has already figured out Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was the one behind the entire set up that claimed Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was Nina’s daughter.
