Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) has been trying to reach out and help her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) as she struggles through the harsh reality of alcoholism.
Alexis has recently fallen off the wagon after experiencing traumatic life events, including the sudden and tragic loss of her boyfriend, Dr. Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan).
Sam has been trying to get through to Alexis with no avail. She has begged and pleaded with her mother to put the drink down but instead of listening, Alexis responded to Sam condescendingly, and with no remorse. She even tried to bait Sam by asking her to have a drink with her.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Sam is about to deliver some devastating news to Alexis. In a new General Hospital preview, Sam is shown yelling at Alexis, “I will NEVER allow you around Scout and Danny again!”
