The love life of Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) never sees a dull moment. After finally splitting from the love of her life, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Sam has gotten comfortable with some familiar faces.

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was the man who stepped in when Jason was gone, the man who grounded Sam’s wildcard of a life, and the father of her daughter Scout. Drew has been away for years because of Peter August (Wes Ramsey). In that time much has happened in Sam’s romantic life.
Sam’s friendship with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has developed into what’s been a long time coming. Now that she and Dante have gotten to a point there Sam is admitting her feelings, she has to close the door on Drew.
