Ava Jerome a West) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) joining forces for a mutual cause sounds as off putting as claiming Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) doesn’t stick her nose in other people’s business. We all know none of the above makes any sense yet somehow Ava and Nina working together just works- or does it? So far the two are on their way to being capable of coexisting in this situation in order to reach their ultimate goal- to take down Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and his plan to get his hands on the codicil and the Cassadine fortune.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that the plan between the two women goes well until one super nosy Port Charles resident causes a road block. It has been rumored that Carly will sniff out a secret from afar as usual when her red flags get raised at the idea of Nina and Ava becoming friends. Carly shows no mercy when it comes to Ava so when Ava drops a hint that she may know what Carly knows, Carly doesn’t stay quiet. Carly was sworn to secrecy when Jax (Ingo Rademacher) told her the truth, that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) faked his death and is alive. Previous General Hospital spoilers reported Sonny and Carly are headed for troubled waters as the main reason their relationship is under stress is because she is hiding this huge secret from Sonny.
Will Carly be petty and childish and get in Ava’s way just because she can? Perhaps Nina will be able to reason with Carly to let them do what needs to be done. Let us know how you think this story will unfold. What direction do you see Carly headed? Will she foil Ava and Nina’s plan to take down Valentin, or will she let it go?
Nina (Cynthia Watros) has already faced some major realizations and uncovered truths and General Hospital spoilers are now hinting Nina will make yet another discovery. She has already figured out Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was the one behind the entire set up that claimed Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was Nina’s daughter. Nina is playing Valentin as if she has no clue. Another bombshell hit Nina when she puts the clues together and figures out Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was still alive.
There are a few secrets and loose ends hanging around Port Charles and there is no telling who and when someone will find out the truth. Nina could possibly face a shocking revelation regarding the on going saga of the baby swap. Perhaps she goes poking around and inadvertently stumbles upon information that leads her to the baby swap. GH spoilers reveal at the end of this week Nina will be shocked. Previously General Hospital spoilers revealed that Nina will find the other half of a pendant she had when her child was born, and she will see it in Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) possession. Since Willow is connected to the baby swap, Nina may be unraveling an entire mess of lies and secrets.
Marcus Coloma has taken on the iconic role played by Tyler Christopher until the character faked his own shooting death. Until recently, the entire town of Port Charles had believed that Nikolas Cassadine, Prince of Darkness, had been shot and killed. As the story turns out, after the arrival of Marcus Coloma in the reboot of Nikolas Cassadine, Nikolas indeed faked his death.
In an interview with Soaps In Depth, Marcus Coloma gives his opinion on the inner most thoughts of Nikolas Cassadine. Nikolas has always had an element of evil within him, after all, he is a Cassadine. Of all the Cassadines, Nikolas had always been one of least twisted and evil along with his Aunt, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Nikolas started to show more of his dark side toward the end, right before he left Port Charles. Now that Nikolas has had some time to soak some things in, he is even more dark and twisted now. He goes on to mention how being away from your child can take its toll, Coloma says, “It’s brutal to be away from your kid. I’ve had a taste of what it’s like to not see your kid for a second – let alone for the amount of time that Nikolas has been ‘dead’!” COloma then made it clean that Nikolas has returned a new man by saying, “He’s really changed significantly.”
Soaps In Depth asked, “But just how dark is the prince now?” Marcus Coloma replied, “That’s such a good question, and that will absolutely be revealed.” He the went on to reveal a major General Hospital spoiler by stating, “I will tell you that Nikolas is definitely focused on payback… as an actor, I’m looking for conflict!”
Well now we know Nikolas is out for payback! Will Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) suffer the brunt of his wrath and who will become collateral damage?
Peter (Wes Ramsey) is still fooling his girlfriend Maxie (Kirsten Storms) as she tells her old friend Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) that she and Peter are living together and she is happy with their life together, he is deceiving her with his schemes, plots, and lies.
General Hospital spoilers previously revealed Peter’s plan to eliminate Dr. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery), Franco (Roger Howarth), or whoever was in his way and encouraging this memory procedure. Peter’s plan to stop at nothing to put a halt to Franco’s procedure was foiled by Laura Collins (Genie Francis). General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday December, 10th, reveal Peter will end up at GH, and Laura’s timing happens to be perfect as she stops him to talk. Peter seems very flustered and asks Laura if they can talk another time but Laura is persistent. Peter can’t get a hold of his worker he had ordered to interrupt the procedure.
What will happen with Peter now? How long do you think his lies will stay a secret before Maxie’s world turns upside down? Anna (Finola Hughes) is on to him and her suspicions grow stronger.
In many states General Hospital fans were bummed out as Daytime Television was interrupted yet again for the Political Hearings. Some GH viewers were able to catch the last 20 minutes of today’s episode at 2PM Eastern/Standard time.
If you missed today’s episode of General Hospital, fans will be able to GH tonight when it becomes available on abc.com. GH will also be available on hulu at it’s regular time.
The writers over at General Hospital threw us a bone last week with those scenes between Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). Comedy in between all the drama is welcomed and encouraged. Nelle is clearly the crazy basket case who is trying to get under Sam’s skin. Sam’s ‘NO BS” attitude has these two clashing like crazy. Nelle thinks she is tough right now, trying to push Sam’s buttons and Sam is going her best just to ignore Nelle.
However, things may be taking a turn for Nelle after General Hospital spoilers reveal this week on GH, Nelle will make a phone call from Pentonville. GH spoilers hint that Nelle will be unsettled by the conversation and how, just like Peter, is behaving like things are about to unravel. Peter is trying to hide the truth from Anna, and Nelle is trying to hide something that transpired during that phone call from Sam. Nelle doesn’t want Sam to see her sweat, she is giving it her all trying to stay cool, calm, and collected. Hopefully it won’t be long before Sam put her Private Investigator pants on and figures out what Nelle is so uncomfortable about.
Who knows, Sam’s new discovery could be her ticket out of Pentonville all while figuring out that Wiley is actually Jonah and belongs to Nelle and Michael (Chad Duell). Killing two birds with one stone would finally put an end to these two story lines as many fans have been patiently waiting for Michael to know the truth about Jonah and for Sam to get out of jail.
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, 12-9-19 reveal Anna (Finola Hughes) catches Peter (Wes Ramsey) in an intense and phone conversation, barking orders to get rid of Franco (Roger Howarth) and Dr. Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) if need be, in order to stop the memory procedure from happening. Anna walks up just as Peter is hanging up with his phone call and she asks what he is up to. Peter immediately starts acting nervous and defensive, ultimately leading Anna to grow even more suspicious. At first she was just trying to be light-hearted but after seeing how her simple question of asking what he was up to got Peter all squeamish, she then realized something was off.
Peter has been lying to everyone around him, including his girlfriend, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Maxie has big plans for the future and hopes of a happy family with Peter and her son with Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), James Malcolm West. General Hospital spoilers hint Maxie’s world will be turned upside down when Anna cracks the case and finds out just how ruthless and savage Peter actually is.
The moment when Anna realizes something isn’t quite right with Peter
Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) has finally got himself into a scheme that will do him in. The repercussions of his recent scam, stealing a damn baby, has backfired on him like no other. As of now he thinks Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is his biggest threat. Although Julian is an absolute force to be reckoned with, no one compares to the King of the mob families, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Julian isn’t the only badass with ties to Brad’s lies. Julian has known this entire time that his son Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) was being lied to by his own husband.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Brad takes the blame for what is happening, all while still lying through his teeth. Julian is technically to blame for the accident after he cut the brakes on the vehicle, in his attempt to eliminate Brad form his and Lucas’ life. Julian’s devious plan also backfired on him and now his own son is fighting for his life, and as General Hospital spoilers reveal, his grandson will inadvertently be handed off to his biological father to be looked after as a result of this accident.
Here is where Sonny Corinthos and the Asian mob come into play. General Hospital spoilers hint toward a reunion between Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and his son Jonah (Erik and Theo Olson), (aka baby Wiley Cooper Jones). Which in turn means, sooner rather than later, Sonny will find out what Brad has done, and that he has kept his Grandson away from the Corinthos family for almost two years. This will not sit well with Sonny.
Recently, Benard reacted with a thumbs up to a twitter conversation regarding bringing back some major mob story lines. GH rumors have been swirling that Sonny will want revenge on Brad Cooper, who has disclosed in 2015 his biological father is Kim Wu, leader of the Asian Quarter mob families. In General Hospital history, The Asian Quarter dates back to 1985 with involvement of some major players such as, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Felicia Jones (Kristina Wagner) and Sean Donnelly (John Reilly), and even Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) when she was just a small child. For the full low down on the Asian Quarter mob families run by Mr. Wu, check out Soaps In Depth’s article.
It’s unlikely that Sonny will take the news of Brad stealing his grandson lightly. If Sonny is true to himself and his own character he will do what Sonny typically does, fight back, get even. Michael will have gone almost two full years thinking his child passed away at birth due to the lying, scheming, conniving ex-girlfriend of his, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and her partner in crime Brad Cooper. If GH rumors come true and Michael finds out Wiley is actually Jonah before New Years, there will be a lot of drama and excitement to look forward to in the coming new year. Look out for a mob story to begin brewing and for Brad Cooper to fear for his life.
The Spencer/Jones families are distraught after learning the terrible news about Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes). He has sustained life threatening injuries after the car crash he was involved in with his husband, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). General Hospital spoilers have hinted Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is behind the whole thing by cutting the brakes on the vehicle.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) isn’t the type of person to sit back and wait for others to do what they need to do. She is a take action kind of woman and gets things done when she wants. General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly will not sit silently and watch her brother Lucas fight for his life without initiating an action for his recovery. GH rumors suggest Carly will make a phone call to a well renowned doctor who happens to be Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen).
There has not yet been confirmation of Cohen returning to reprise his role as Dr. Griffin Munro but GH rumors strongly suggest that could be the case. If Dr. Munro returns he may be the only one who can save Lucas. Will Carly get to Griffin before it’s too late?
Ever since Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) returned from the ‘dead’ he has been making one bone headed move after another. Not only is Nikolas making mistakes and doesn’t cover his tracks, he is also more ruthless and cunning than before. It’s almost like his situation has hardened him, turning him more and more into a true Cassadine.
After the unsettling scenes with Nikolas and Ava Jerome (Maura West), Ava was left to fall fast asleep from all the extra sedation Nikolas paid the nurse to administer. Unfortunately for Nikolas, he messes up yet another one of his ploys by leaving a trail. He lost his ring in Ava’s room and now people have evidence to lead back to Nikolas. It’s highly unlikely that Ava would be the one to spot the ring since she was left alone in shambles.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will pay Ava a visit to question her about Helena’s (Constance Towers) painting. GH spoilers hint Nina will be the one to stumble upon Nikolas’ ring, taking it back with her. General Hospital rumors have been swirling that Nina will take the ring with her and possibility show her friend Jax (Ingo Rademacher). Jax has already warned Nikolas that if this isn’t over by New Year’s then he will be telling Nina the truth about what is going on regarding Valentin, the Codicil, and the fact that Nikolas is in fact alive. It’s highly possibly Nina will show Jax her findings. it has been rumored that Jax won’t wait until New Year’s to tell Nina, and that he may just come out and tell her if and when she shows him the ring she found in Ava’s room. Once Jax sees that Nik has made yet another mistake, he will realize it’s time to shut this charade down.
Will Nina be the one to find the Cassadine ring? If so, will she bring it straight to Jax? What will Jax do with the ring? There are so many possibilities! Let us know what you think will happen next!
