SabrinaGeneral Hospital Blog would like to congratulate General Hospital’s Teresa Castillo, (Sabrina Santiago) on the announcement of her second pregnancy. Castillo gave birth to baby girl, Victoria, what seems to be not too long ago.

We are uncertain whether or not this pregnancy will be written into the GH script. If fans recall, when Teresa was pregnancy with her first child, Sabrina was also pregnant with Patrick Drake’s baby, that they ended up losing because they were in a car accident, caused by Rafe, on Victor Cassadine’s orders.

Breaking News! GH Head Writer, Ron Carlivati Let Go

RonCRumors have been spreading like wild fire in the last week regarding General Hospital’s Head Writer, Ron Carlivati. The last few weeks, GH ratings have been low, but in the most recent week, ratings again began to rise. It truly is a roller coaster, the way these ratings go out of control. You know what they say, “you can’t please them all.” That’s quite accurate when it comes to General Hospital fans. No matter what is going on on the forefront, there will always be a group of fans who would rather complain and moan and groan, than to support the show that they choose to love. That being said, all the latest talk about the writing on GH brought about rumors that Carlivati was about to be let go.

General Hospital spoilers reveal breaking news, that in fact GH Head Writer, Ron Calivati has been let go and will be replace by two co-headwriters, Shelley Altman and Jean Passanante. According to Soaps in Depth, these changes will take place August 10th, 2015.

Here are some words from the executives: “We are pleased to welcome back two esteemed writers to our GH family,” said Vicki Dummer, Executive VP current series programming, regarding the announcement. “Shelley and Jean’s combined talents and experiences promise to continue the show’s legacy of compelling storytelling that will resonate with our impassioned viewers. We’re delighted with what they have in store for the show as they continue honoring the rich, diverse environs of Port Charles.”

GH social media, including Twitter, Facebook, fan groups, etc., will be buzzing after the confirmation of Carlivati’s exit. Please share this post in hope that we spread the truth, and facts, and less of the rumors and hearsay.

Laura Learns the Truth About Jason, There’s a Heated Battle Between Laura and Liz

ghblog1It happened. The thing that almost always happens in the soap world when there is a big juicy secret. Laura overheard some information what was never meant for her ears. Although Laura feels it’s not her place to out Nik and Liz’s secret, she definitely gives Liz a piece of her mind. In regard to Liz keeping Jake Doe’s true identity from him and his family, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Laura really lets Elizabeth have it.

Genie Francis and Rebecca Herbst share some intense scenes before Summer’s end. Genie is done taping GH scenes for the Summer, but was able to tie up some loose ends with the Jason Morgan story involving her sons, Lucky and Nikolas, and Elizabeth.

Will Laura push Elizabeth into doing what’s right? Sooner than later, Jake Doe will find out he is really Jason Morgan…

Today on General Hospital, Maxie meets Madeline…

Donna MillsIt’s been a long time coming, but today on GH, Maxie meets Nathan’s Mom. Well, aunt, but as Liesl Obrecht is actually his mother, Madeline raised him.

What will these two feisty ladies think of one another? They do have one thing in common, their love for Nathan, but will that be enough for these two to get along?
