Brandon Barash Returning to General Hospital?

Recently there has been word that coming later this Spring, Brandon Barash will be coming back to General Hospital to reprise his role as Johnny Zacchara. It has been said that Johnny will be back in Port Charles and will ultimately team up with King Mobster, Sonny Corinthos in an attempt to take down Julian and the rest of those involved in the Jerome Family organization.

Trevor Lansing (Ric’s Father) has been rumored to be the one bank rolling Julian’s organization and to have taken over Barrett Enterprises. The whole story involving Barrett Enterprises may somehow have to do with the Zacchara’s. There is a lot more to all of this than we currently know.

With a story like that who wouldn’t be excited? If you’re excited for a Johnny Zacchara return, SHARE this post with friends and fellow fans!

Is AJ Going to Die?

Ava Jerome has caused a lot of trouble since she has come into town. She is responsible for manipulation, lies, and murder. AJ finally figured out that he wasn’t the one to kill Connie Falconeri and that Ava Jerome was. Connie wrote “AJ” in her own blood causing Sonny to believe that AJ Quartemaine is responsible for his love’s death. Today we all learned that AJ is innocent. Sonny however is none the wiser. After Sonny walked in on AJ choking Ava, just as he walked in on him choking Connie at one point, Sonny had enough. In a fit of rage, Sonny pulled the trigger. Meanwhile, Michael is assuring Monica that Sonny has promised him he wouldn’t hurt AJ.

It looks as if Ava is still in the clear for now. With AJ being shot and unable to reveal the truth, Ava will be able to keep up her lies and false innocence in regards to killing Connie. What will happen to AJ next? The question everyone wants an answer to is whether or not Sean Kanan is leaving General Hospital. Ito has been noted somewhere that Head Writer, Ron Carlivati stated that Sean (and AJ) are not going anywhere. General Hospital Blog will update fans with the validity of this statement as soon as a definite source can be revealed. In the mean time… Keep watching General Hospital!

General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones) Update!

General Hospital has been missing one of my favorite Port Charles residents since she left Port Charles. Maxie left town to “find herself” after she lost custody of her daughter to her ex, Spinelli. After learning that Spinelli and his girlfriend Ellie would be moving out of Port Charles to follow Ellie’s career dreams, Maxie decided it is time to clear her head. She informed family and friends that she needed time away to find herself and grieve.

What did this mean for Kirsten Storms? It meant that the actress left GH for a brief time for her maternity leave. Kirsten gave birth to her first child with husband Brandon Barash (Johnny Zacchara). This evening Kirsten Tweeted letting fans know she will be returning to work next week!

Steve Burton Signs Contract

It has been conformed that Steve Burton (ex-Jason Morgan) has re-signed a contract with his current position as Dylan on The Young and the Restless. For General Hospital fans, this means one of two things… 1) Jason Morgan is not really alive, or 2) He is alive as said by Victor Cassadine but will be recast.

Jason Morgan is Alive!

The return of Victor Cassadine (Thaao Penghlis) has caused quite a stir and he has only been on screen for two episodes! As he broke into the home of doctors Robin and Patrick Drake, he proceeded to try and convince Robin to help him with something very important. Victor has told Robin that her dear friend Jason Morgan is alive!  He mentioned that when Jason was shot by Faison and dumped into the harbor, there had been a boat waiting nearby. Jason was transported to Switzerland where Robin and Duke had been held. Helena had put Jason into a cryogenic sleep, and now what Victor Cassadine needs Robin’s help. With giving this information to Robin about Jason, he now has the leverage to convince her to help him save Helena and Stavros Cassadine. If Robin helps wake them up from their cryogenic sleep, she will in turn be saving her best friend Jason as well.

What do you think? Is Victor trying to pull as fast one on Robin just to get her to revive Helena and Stavros, or is Jason really ALIVE?

Ron Carlivati Wants James Franco Back!

There has been recent rumors that General Hospital’s Head Writer, Ron Carlivati wants James Franco back! It has been said that Carlivati has told Showbiz411 Writer, Roger Friedman, that he is seeking out James Franco for one more stint on the ABC soap, General Hospital. Carlivati wants Franco back on the set, but it would be a little different this time, perhaps to tie up some loose ends with the story. James would be playing himself, and confronting the current “Franco” character, played by Roger Howarth.

James Franco originated the role of Robert Frank, aka “Franco” in November of 2009. He reeked havoc on the residents of Port Charles, terrorizing anyone that had to do with his obsession, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Caught in the crossfire were victims such as Samantha McCall Morgan, Carly Corinthos Jacks, Josslyn Jacks, Michael Corinthos Jr., Lulu Spencer, just to name a few.

General Hospital Blog is looking forward to those involved making this a reality. We would love to see James Franco back at GH!

Is Jason Morgan Returning to General Hospital?

Will Jason Morgan return from the dead?  General Hospital has been missing a key component since actorSt    Burton left GH  to pursue personal interest. Since then he accepted a role on  The Young and the Restless.  Even if Jason returns to GH,  will the role be played by Steve Burton, or would the actor be replaced?

General Hospital Blog wants to know what the fans think! Would you accept a Jason recast, or is Steve Burton the only Jason Morgan?
