Eden McCoy Returns To General Hospital as Josslyn Jacks
Daytime Emmy Winner Eden McCoy has played fan-favorite Josslyn Jacks for over 9 years. The role has earned her a Daytime Emmy win for Younger Performer in a Drama Series, as she took home her victory on December 15th.
Shortly after her big win, General Hospital rumors began circulating about the actresses status with the iconic soap. Reportedly, GH fans took to social media platforms, scrambling to find out whether or not McCoy’s exit was permanent. It wasn’t too long before official word of her Eden’s GH status filled social media news outlets.
Thankfully, sources confirmed that Eden took a temporary leave from the 60 year old drama. Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) made quite a first impression on Josslyn Jacks. It wasn’t necessarily a good first impression, but it was an impression alright. Adam first approached Josslyn with ill-intentions, and she quickly out him in his place. Then, he apologized after he realized the severity of the situation and how it effected Joss.
First, Adam got caught up in the viral revenge porn video that Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) and sent out to the entire campus. The nature of the video fueled its viral status, and also ignited something in Adam. That’s when he made his misogynistic comments to Josslyn about her and Cameron’s sex video. At the time, he didn’t know that it was unintentional and that it was deemed revenge porn. Then, Josslyn explained that she was indeed a victim, and from then on she and Adam became friends.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Adam takes his friendship with Josslyn to another level. But it might be a while before he openly admits that he wants her as more than a friend.
