Sadly, we are another episode closer to my most dreaded General Hospital goodbye. Fellow fan girlies like myself, and other devoted die-hards understand the emotional impact that’s attached to losing your favorite tv character. Especially when it comes to Soap Operas.

Many find it especially difficult to let go of a character that we loved and watched grow over the years. Typically, a tv series lasts anywhere from one year on air, to becoming a household staple for years to come. However, Daytime Dramas potentially last a lifetime. That’s why it’s most difficult to say goodbye to the long-lived roles. These characters become like family when the respective tv series is on air for decades!

According to recent General Hospital news, GH has fired Kelly Monaco and Sam McCall dies. After 22 years, GH fans have to say goodbye to this amazingly talented actress and her role we fell in love with. Amidst the real-life controversy, GH fans speculate about how Kelly and Sam will exit the show. It’s unsettling, but General Hospital rumors claim Cyrus kills Sam when he mistakes her for his niece, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).

Thankfully, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) stumbled upon Gannon out on Lookout Point. He was at the right place at the right time, and essentially saved his life. Just like a guardian angel.

Meanwhile, Port Charles’s Deputy Mayor works overtime to make Dr. Gannon comfortable. GH recaps recall that Jordan took a special interest in Dr. Gannon’s recovery. First and foremost, she’s a professional and needs to gather information on Lucky Spencer. But then things got cozy between Jordan and Isaiah when she brought a carryout from Bobbie’s. A few months ago actress Emme Rylan spoke out on GH’s decision to recast the role. Rylan was the last to play Lulu, and many General Hospital fans expected her to make a comeback. For over three years, fans held out hope for Rylan’s General Hospital return as Lulu, but recent GH news slammed the door when they recast the role.

General Hospital Spoilers: Who Will Play Lulu Spencer When She Awakens?

Who will play Lulu Spencer? General Hospital fans immediately took issue with Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) absence in Port Charles. Ever since Emme’s GH exit, fans have rallied to bring Emme Rylan back to the role.

General Hospital Recaps: After an unnecessary tragic accident, Luke and Laura’s daughter slipped into a coma, leaving her loved ones behind. However, life goes on as it always does. Right before the accident, Lulu broke things off with (deceased) Dustin Phillips(Mark Lawson) and was about to tell Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) how she feels. Unfortunately, Lulu never got the chance.

Currently, Dante moved on with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and they’re living happily with their kids. Meanwhile, Dante remains close to Charlotte, Lulu and Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) daughter. According to GH spoilers, something might come out of Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) and Dante’s hospital visit.
