Although surveillance cameras were operating properly inside the gallery, the footage won’t do her justice. Evidently, got captured on the security cameras is more likely to hurt Ava than help her. Nikolas Cassadine has his share of reasons to stay far, far away from Port Charles. First, his relationship with his son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) was rocky ever since Nikolas faked his death. It’s understandable that Spencer felt abandoned, and distances himself from his father. Emotionally, the two were further apart than ever. Spencer was back from boarding school and living at Wyndemere, distance separated father and son.

Nikolas had other problems in his life but they all stemmed from the same issue. It was a vicious cycle back when Spencer and Esme both had it out for Nikolas and Ava. As a result, Spencer’s resentment towards his dad and step mom helped fuel Esme’s agenda. Additionally, Spencer unknowingly fed into Esme’s trap which helped lead Ava and Nikolas astray from each other. It was the straw the broke the camel’s back for Spencer.

Nikolas Killed Austin Over Ava?!

Once Esme seduced Nikolas and she became pregnant, time eventually did its job. It was only a matter of time that Spencer found out about how his father Nikolas slept with Esme. At this point Spencer had been betrayed by Nikolas enough. And on top of that, he found out who is girlfriend really was.

Ava Jerome (Maura West) was roped into the middle of it all between Nikolas and Spencer. But Ryan’s fixation on Ava fueled Esme’s entire plot, resulting in Ava’s marriage to Nikolas. According to General Hospital spoilers, Nikolas gets his revenge! The last time that he saw Ava was the night she thought she killed him. Until recently, Ava assumed that he was dead. Thanks to Austin, Ava was able to hide Nikolas’s body, or so she thought. That’s when one thing lead to another and Ava ended up sleeping with Austin. Now, Nikolas wants revenge.

But that doesn’t mean that Ava and anyone else sees that Cyrus is pulling the strings. At this point, for all Ava knows, Austin could be working right alongside Cyrus.

GH spoilers reveal that the recent interview sheds light on Mason’s good side- well, sort of. But according to Grey, Mason is not good or bad. Instead, he reveals that Executive Producer Frank Valentini told the actor that Mason is a gray character.

“He’s just doing what he’s told to the best of his ability,” Grey explained. “I tried to reflect that with some of the dialogue that they would allow me to change here and that, that he’s just a guy doing his job, but he’s morally ambiguous with what the job entails.

“One time, they wrote that Mason was directly threatening Georgie,” he added. “I changed the line to ‘Don’t make me.’ Like, ‘I don’t want to do it but I will,’ as opposed to ‘I will totally kidnap a kid!’ Once I knew that Mason’s family has a trucking company and who the boss was, I was like, ‘Oh, okay, well, he doesn’t want to lose his family business, so he kind of has to do these things.’ And Frank [Valentini, GH’s executive producer] backed that up; he said, ‘You’re actually a gray character. You’re not all bad.’”

Therefore, the story shifted, Todd Manning was no more, and Roger Howard with now James Franco’s replacement as Franco Baldwin. He won over fans despite the nature of the role, and circumstances lead to a personality revamp for Franco. Another twist and turn killed off Franco, which riffled a lot of fan’s feather. Alas, Howarth returns as the odd ball doctor, Dr. Austin Gatlin Holt, son of Jimmy Lee Holt.

It’s obvious, Ava and Austin’s relationship is complex. What started out as friendship turned into partners in crime. Eventually, the two became intimate, and now all the lines are blurred. According to General Hospital news and spoilers, Maura West spills the tea on Austin and Ava! In a recent interview, Maura shares her inside take on what’s happening between the doctor and the lady mobster. Reportedly, Maura tells Soaps In Depth some critical hints about how Ava is handling Austin. “When somebody knows a dark secret, in her words, you either have to kill them or you’re sort of at their mercy,” she explained of her character. “I mean, those are her options. And she’s sort of at his mercy. And at the cousin’s, too — she’s at Mason’s mercy.” So, does that mean that Ava either remains the puppet, or she kills for the upper hand?

Additionally, GH spoilers reveal that Ava isn’t ready for a relationship with Austin. Tjay doesn’t necessarily mean she isn’t ready for any relationship. However, when reflecting on Ava and Austin’s adult playdate, Maura disclosed how Ava felt about the whole thing,. “Yeah, she was not expecting that,” Maura shared. “She’s not ready for that relationship. She’s not sure she wants that relationship! But, you know, there’s something irresistible about that Roger Howarth that comes through into Austin!”
