Mason wants Sonny dead?!?! When Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) showed up in Port Charles, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) was caught off guard. Ironically, the two had already met back in Pawtucket. And in Maxie’s darkest hours, Austin appeared like an Angel of mercy.

GH recaps recall, Austin’s ties to the Quartermaine family left some people a little suspicious of his motives. Although Austin took an oath as a doctor, his personal life differs greatly from that of his professional life. In the Hippocratic Oath, the sworn-in Physician pledges to prescribe only beneficial treatments, according to his abilities and judgment; to refrain from causing harm or hurt; and to live an exemplary personal and professional life. Therefore, Austin violates his responsibilities as a doctor even when not practicing medicine. So, just how good of a guy can he be if he’s entangled on whatever Mason is up to?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Austin’s good guy image has its dark side. In this case, Austin’s dark side is his cousin, Mason (Nathanyael Gray). It’s not clear how these two got in involved in shady dealings, but it’s apparent that Austin wants out. First, Mason followed Austin to Port Charles. Then, he threatened his cousin with harming Maxie and her kids. Now, Mason has Nikolas and he wants more from Austin and Ava.

Their friendship quickly developed into “partners in crime,” when Austin helped Ava move Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) body. These two harbor a major secret that has changed the course of many lives. For now, no one else knows what happened to Nikolas.

Based on recent General Hospital news and rumors, the writers are gearing up to bring Nikolas back to the canvas. With Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) on the hunt for her son, it’s only a matter of time that Nikolas returns and Ava and Austin’s secret is exposed.

Although deep down he seems like a good guy, Austin is keeping some detrimental secrets from his friends in Port Charles. Particularly, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). However, Maxie isn’t the only close friend Austin leaves in the dark.

According to General Hospital recaps, Austin and his cousin Mason were both working for a mystery boss until Austin decided to throw in the towel. Unfortunately for Austin, that’s not how things work. He can’t simply refuse to follow orders without adverse consequences. That being said, those close to him are in danger.

General Hospital Spoilers: Is Now A Good Time For Spinelli To Make His Move On Maxie?

Let’s be honest, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) never go out of style.

The former love birds share daughter Georgie, but haven’t been together as a family in years. Maxie had moved on a few times while Spinelli found love with woman much like himself, Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson). As it turns out, Ellie was tired of her man running to Port Charles every time Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or Fair Samantha (Kelly Monaco) sneezed. The two ultimately spilt and now Spinelli is back in Port Charles full time.
