At the end of the day Ava Jerome (Maura West) just wants her brother Julian Jerome (William deVry) to not get killed. She knows he makes one bad decision after another and has come to terms with that’s just how Julian is going to be. She’s fed up and lost all hope that he could ever just do the right thing. Well now the damage is done and his actions make Ava sick. But still, Julian is her brother end she doesn’t want to see him get killed.

Julian knows that Sonny had been merciful for too many times, so, this time, he has to pull out a threat in order to get Sonny off his back. Julian threatened to tell Cyrus that Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) is alive is Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) made a move against him.
Although the deal was Julian’s idea, he isn’t convinced he threat against Sonny is going to keep him safe. Since then, Franco has been displaying somewhat of out of character behavior, leaving Liz to question whether or not he was reverting back to his past.
