The parents of GH babies Joey and Jay Clay share professional and personal life stories via theClayBros Instagram account features the twin actors both on and off GH’s set.
Mark and Lana Clay are the proud parents of General Hospital’s cutest little stars, Jay and Joey Clay. The one and a half year old twin boys play Baby Ace, aka Ace Cassadine. It’s been a whole year since Joey and Jay were brought on board the General Hospital cast.
In just a short time, the twins have burrowed their way into the hearts of General Hospital fans. Recently, the storyline has taken Baby Ace, mom Esme Prince, and brother Spencer Cassadine off the canvas.
General Hospital News: Pray For Lana Clay
According to a recent report from GH Blog, Jay and Joey’s mom, Lana, shared the latest General Hospital reports regarding Baby Ace’s GH status. General Hospital comings and goings reports confirm that while Nicholas Alexander Chavez is said to return this May, GH news reports have not confirmed whether or not Avery Pohl will return as Esme Prince. Due to the recent casting changes, GH fans feared that Baby Ace was also written out. Thankfully, GH Blog shared Lana Clay’s IG post which revealed that the twins will remain on General Hospital.
Moreover, mama Lana heads up the Clay Brother’s social media account, informing fans of all things Ace. Lana also shares personal experiences about her life and their family. Sadly, one of the most recent posts shared to Instagram was posted by her husband Mark. According to GH news reports, Mark reveals that Lana was admitted into the hospital. She currently suffers from sepsis, accompanied by critically low blood pressure.
GH Blog shares news about Lana’s health after her husband Mark shared an update. Evidently, Lana is very sick but is currently awake. According to Mark, Lana was admitted into the hospital. “She is awake but very sick.”
Joey and Jay’s dad, Mark revealed that Lana’s strength has always been an inspiration, and confidently speaks of her recovery. Please keep Lana and her family in your prayers as she battles this latest challenge. GH Blog sends our love and prayers to the entire Clay family as we pray for Lana’s healing.
General Hospital stars Jay and Joey are just precious! Little Ace Cassadine stole this week’s scenes as Nikolas and Spencer’s emotions erupted. According to the twin’s Instagram page ran by mom, Lana Clay, it was Jay who snuggled up to Chavez and Huss.
General Hospital recaps recall Nikolas Cassadine’s shocking return has already put Port Charles up in arms. First, he showed up at his son’s door after having disappeared for months on end. He left his newborn son behind to evade criminal charges involving his son’s mother. So what makes him think that he can waltz back into Port Charles and run things?
Is Baby Ace Leaving GH?
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Esme is distraught when Spencer delivers the news. She may be a free woman but Ace is gone and she won’t rest until she’s returned. Esme 2.0 has done everything possible to ensure that Ace has a safe and healthy upbringing. To their surprise, even Laura and Spencer can see what a good mother Esme is to Ace. Which is why Spencer’s actions came completely out of left field. Up until his father‘s return Spencer couldn’t bear to stand a moment without his brother Ace. Then suddenly he gives him up two seconds flat? Something seems very off with this situation.
Esme isn’t the only one worried about Ace’s whereabouts. Evidently, the current storyline raises concerns. With Nik and Ace on the run, GH fans are concerned about what this means for baby Ace and the twins who portray him. According to General Hospital news reports, Lana Clay adressed Jay and Joey Clay’s GH status. Thankfully, they aren’t going anywhere and they continue to play the role. In fact, a recent IG post confirms that the boys have many more scenes to come! Don’t worry, the Clay twins remain as GH’s irresistibly adorable Ace Cassadine for the foreseeable future! ☺️
Well, well, well, if it isn’t dear old dad. Once again, Spencer Cassadine’s father mastered his disappearing act. The way Spencer sees it, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) chooses himself over his son over and over again.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is stuck between a rock and a hard place. He’s tangled in Esme and Nikolas’s web of deception and he doesn’t want his little brother to suffer. He knows that he must make the best decision for Ace, but when your two choices are Esme or Nikolas, it makes things difficult. How is Spencer supposed to choose between Ace’s parents? One is Spencer’s own father and the other is his semi-reformed, psycho ex-girlfriend.
Prior to Esme’s fall from the parapet, there’s no way in Hell that Spencer would have chosen to help his ex fight for her son. Retrospectively, Spencer despised Esme for the things she’d done. All the lies, the crimes, and the people she’s hurt were never going to get past Spencer. Then, his baby brother was born and Spencer saw a different side of Esme. The amnesia allowed the young mother to focus on her son instead of seeking revenge. But now that her memories have returned, Esme herself is torn between her old self and her new self.
Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) broke into Wyndemere, got caught, confessed, and told a few little white lies. For now, she’s not the same person that she used to be, and she tried so hard to become better than her reputation.
But like Ava Jerome said, “a leopard never changes her spots.” Although Esme couldn’t remember who she was, that doesn’t mean she isn’t that same girl deep down. Besides, odds are that her small flashbacks of her past life will increase. According to GH spoilers and rumors, soon Esme’s understanding of her life is restored and takes over. That’s when she’ll full embrace the woman she was when she destroyed many lives. Until then, she’s just a young mother trying to do right by her son, trying to avoid her dark past.
However, gray area shades the situation, making Esme’s identity and intentions murky territory. Now that she’s had flashbacks, her old dark ways have already intercalated into her new life. GH spoilers hint that Esme tries to overcome her intrusive thoughts but things take a sudden turn.
The latest GH spoilers indicate that Ava Jerome (Maura West) drives Esme to the brink! Now, she blames Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) for making her confess and Ava obviously for pressing charges. According to GH rumors, Esme targets Laura and Ava as a result of her punishment received. Apparently, that’s when Esme takes that 180° and turns it into a full 360°. Sooner rather than later, Esme’s back to her old self.
General Hospital’s Baby Ace, aka Jay and Joey Clay, play dress up with mom, Lana. The twins captured the audience as they both portray the youngest role on the 60 year old daytime drama, Baby Ace Cassadine.
According to General Hospital news regarding character birthdays, Ace Cassadine’s TV birthday is February 15th, 2023. Which is about a month after Michael and Willow’s little girl, Amelia, who was born on January 31st, 2023. Thus making him the youngest character born and living in Port Charles.
GH’s Baby Ace Jay and Joey’s Halloween Costume
We love to see what Jay and Joey are up to. Mostly, mom Lana Clay shares pics of family adventures, along with some behind-the-scenes photos of the set life. Of course, simple everyday cuteness as well, and more. General Hospital news reports reveal a sneak peek into Jay and Joey’s Halloween plans! (Sort of) A recent tweet shows the entire family in festive mode as they celebrate Halloween, 2022. But mom Lana Clay wants to know if fans can guess what Jay and Joey will be this Halloween, 2023.
Take a look at how tiny Baby Ace’s portrayers Jay and Joey were on Halloween, 2022. Do you think that they’ll go with a General Hospital themed costume this year? Perhaps two Aces from a deck of cards while mom and dad represent the other two? If so, which will each family member represent?! ❤️♣️????♠️
Can you guess what Jay and Joey will be this Halloween? Will Baby Ace follow suit?
Esme discovers Spencer is Ace’s father!? …Did you doubt it? I know I didn’t because there’s almost always a twist. “What you see is what you get” is not really a thing in the soap opera world. In fact, typically, things are not as they seem. So, paternity twists, baby switches, fake test results, and DNA shockers, are not uncommon.
Over in Chechnya, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma/Adam Huss) is most likely held captive for some sinister plot that will eventually come crashing down. All the while his family, including the mother of his alleged child, believe he’s escaped fatherhood from both Spencer and Ace. However, his mother Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is the one person whose instincts tell her otherwise.
Meanwhile, Ace’s (Jay and Joey Clay) mom, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), tries to co-parents with her son’s big brother, and her ex-boyfriend, Spencer. GH spoilers and rumors tease that Ace’s appointment with Dr. Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) leads to a shocking discovery. According to GH rumors, Esme discovers Spencer is Ace’s father, not Nikolas!
Spencer moves Trina in! Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has had it particularly hard in the last couple of years. Since her Port Charles arrival, she’s struggled with romance, loss, family drama, and even been tried for a crime she didn’t commit!
General Hospital Recaps: Then, things started to get easier for Trina. That’s when together, she and her bff, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), navigated through their personal and mutual lives. Soon enough, loss, breakups, family disputes, and danger were inevitable. Joss and Trina have had it tough, and one main reason is because of a certain someone. Yes, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has been the root cause of lose the their troubles. Although Trina’s closer to the situation than Joss, her bestie knows full well what it’s like to look over shoulder. Esme’s been a major threat to both girls, simply because of their association to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
According to recent General Hospital spoilers, Esme becomes a problem for Trina yet again. Right now, Esme’s amnesia settled the dust a bit among the quarreling peers. But Spencer is so set on protecting his brother, Ace, that he lives and breathes to strategically plot against Esme.
GH spoilers and rumors tease that Spencer asks Trina to love in even though he shares a home with his ex-girlfriend, her baby (and his baby brother), and his own grandparents, he wants Trina close. It just so happens that Trina’s family drama has been keeping her away from the Robinson/Ashford home. Conveniently, Trina could stay with Spencer if she wears out her welcome at Carly’s (Laura Wright).
Now will Trina and Spencer’s relationship develop while loving work four others?!
Spencer sees Esme’s love for Ace. …Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) just experienced every mother’s worst nightmare. A horrific experience left Esme unconscious on the living room floor. When she woke, Esme opened her eyes to Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) bringing her back to consciousness. It was then that she remembered that Baby Ace was stolen.
This experience would traumatize anyone, especially a new mother that has amnesia. Although traumatic, her experience with Ace’s kidnapping showcased her true feelings as a mother. It’s obvious that Esme isn’t the same conniving and dangerous young woman she once was. Her love and devotion to her child displays a much softer, and even lovable side.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Spencer sees Esme’s love for Ace. The only Esme he knows is the one who conned him, the one who drove him and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) apart. Spencer sees Esme as his psycho ex-girlfriend who slept with his father. Also, she tortured Ava, and her family tree is quite frightening.
Now that Esme and Ace have been reunited, GH rumors hint that Spencer’s thoughts about taking Ace from Esme are conflicted. The more he sees Esme’s natural abilities as a responsible mother, the greater his doubts. He was so dead set on taking Ace from his mother, but now things may change.
Heather comes for Esme!?! Did you really think we’d get rid of her that easily? Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) connection to Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) threw Port Charles for a loop. After revealing herself as Esme’s mother, Heather made her intentions clear. Making up for lost time was on her mind and she didn’t hesitate to make her way into Esme’s orbit.
As General Hospital recaps recall, we last saw Heather at General Hospital. As always, Heather is Hell bent on getting what she wants. This time it’s her own family. Prior to getting hauled off by authorities, Heather paid her daughter Esme a visit. Kicking and screaming, she was dragged out of the hospital halls and into the elevator. Finally, Heather’s going down! But is her Pentonville vacation already over?
According to General Hospital news reports, Alley Mills confirmed that she (and Heather Webber) are returning to General Hospital. GH spoilers reveal, in a recent interview, Mills spills the tea to Michael Fairman. “I don’t know if I’m allowed to say this, but I am coming back. I’m not sure when or how.” The newly Emmy nominated actress revealed. Although her return as Heather is confirmed, Mills admits she’s in the dark regarding what Heather will be up to next. Make sure to keep up with GH to catch all the drama!
Trina’s aboard the Haunted Star. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) relationship got a second chance. After all the Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) drama, Trina needs to know that Spencer is ready to overcome his urges to fall into old habits.
When Spencer received a call from Victor, he was told not to tell anyone about their conversation. He left Trina in the dark about where he was headed or what he was about to do. So, General Hospital rumors speculate that Trina is about to follow him. In recent General Hospital previews, Trina is seen sneaking around the Haunted Star. It’s unlikely that Victor snatched her up as well, but Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is worried for her friend.
According to General Hospital rumors, Trina’s abroad the Haunted Star. But contrary to Joss’s claims, she wasn’t kidnapped by Spencer. Trina follows Spencer to the Haunted Star to see what he’s up to and with whom.
Meanwhile, on the Haunted Star, w and Spencer argue. Spencer declares he’s been abducted while his uncle thinks he’s saved him and baby Ace. Now, many lives are at stake. Furthermore, if he kidnapped Liesl to use her to save Nikolas, Willow Tait could die.
