Morgan Stone Corinthos. Born on October 24th, 2004, Morgan was the son of Sonny and Carly Corinthos. Sadly, he passed away as a result of mob violence and other factors which lead up to his death in 2016.
General Hospital history highlights those who had a hand in Sonny’s son’s death. First we have his ex girlfriend, Ava Jerome (Maura West). She’s the one who switched out Morgan’s bipolar medication, causing him to have manic episodes. But her sister, the now dead mobster, Olivia Jerome played a role as well. She was as the one who set the car bomb that killed Morgan in place. And that bomb was meant for none other than her own brother, Julian Jerome (William deVry).
But first, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was shot in 2015 and Morgan wanted revenge. As I was doing some digging, I found an old article that was in 2015. It pertains to when Sonny was shot and Morgan’s revenge for the shooter. But what it also mentioned was how Sonny’s shooting and Morgan’s revenge for his father’s shooter played a role in the big Jason Morgan reveal.

Carly is still stuck in Florida after finding out that Peyton Honeycutt is using her position to overturn the graveyard where Carly’s mother is at rest. Between Carly’s determination to stop Mrs. Honeycutt and the fact that Sonny called and told her to stay away from Port Charles for her safety, there’s reason enough for Carly to try and get comfortable in Jacksonville as it looks like it’s going to be a while. GH rumors hint that Carly could quite possibly find her son, Morgan there, years after his death. It’s possible that Morgan is alive and even being held by Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier).
Is Morgan Corinthos back with a vengeance?

Ava purposely set out to hurt Morgan which ultimately resulted in the tragedy that struck the Corinthos family. Is Morgan alive and out for revenge? Another key component to the hook killer mystery is how the killer tan after Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Morgan’s sister. It’s likely Joss wasn’t a target at all, but then when the mystery attacker got sight of Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), it seemed obvious that Brando saw the killer’s face. Morgan could have taken Brando out simply because he saw him, it he may have been Morgan’s intended victim since Brando was the one sort of taking his place in Sonny’s life.

In a TikTok video shared by Maurice this last August, Maurice, Chad, and Bryan sang a little renditions of “Grease Lightning.” Benard captioned the video, “Having fun at General Hospital,” while the writing over the video reads, “Fun Times with Acting Sons.” Fans were quick to pick up on Bryan Craig’s presence in the video, not hesitating to ask the 3 time Emmy winner if his tv son, Bryan Craig would be soon returning as Morgan.

It looks as though Bryan Craig has no plans of reprising his role as Morgan Corinthos in the near future, however, fans still hold out hope that someday when his schedule it lighter, he could return.
