That is, if he outsmarts the enemy.

The mob is no place for the faint of heart. If you sign up for this lifestyle, you better know what you’re getting into. So basically, choosing this path takes a special type of person. While falling in love with a mobster is a choice, having been born to a mob family certainly is not. No matter how you look at it, the boss, the spouse, and the children must know their role.

Over the years, Sonny and his family have made a name for themselves around Port Charles. And when we refer to Sonny’s family, Carly Corinthos immediately comes to mind. After all, she and Sonny were the most powerful couple in PC. Individually, Carly and Sonny are forced to be reckoned with. And with put together, they were unstoppable. Because Nina was never cut out for this, she made a move any mob wife would never make. She didn’t think things through, ultimately putting Sonny at risk. Now that that Feds are involved in Carly and Drew’s SEC scandal, Sonny could be skating on thin ice… all thanks to his lovely bride-to-be.

It’s safe to say that Olivia won’t share BLQ’s sentiments. Instead, odds are that Ned’s misfortune leaves Olivia feeling unmoored as the unexpected incident that left Ned hanging on for dear life.

Oddly enough, Ned’s daughter isn’t the only one who could benefit from his near death experience. According to recent GH spoilers and rumors, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) breathes a little easier when she learns that Ned woke up with an identity crisis. For obvious reasons, Nina’s pleasantly surprised with Ned’s new persona. Furthermore, while some GH rumors hint that he’s faking the condition, others question why he’d pretend to keep Nina’s secret… unless he’s planning the ultimate exposure and needs time to her or right.

Meanwhile, Brook Lynn’s music career has suffered over the past couple years. She went from Singer/Songwriter to Songwriter/Manager when a tragic incident left her unable to sing. Ever since Chase (Josh Swickard) returned to the PCPD, Brook Lynn’s career as a Music Manager providing any managerial support. Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) is a son, father, husband, and cunning businessman. As he fights for his life, a snitch and a coward is among him and his loved ones.

Recent GH recaps recall when Dr. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) came out with some news. Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) were ecstatic to hear that Ned’s condition took a turn for the better. Now, Ned’s wife and daughter can rest easy knowing that he doesn’t have to have surgery. But just because Ned survives physically, doesn’t mean his mind is all there. ???? Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) thought her life with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Corinthos) was over when Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) called her out. Confidently, he admitted to overhearing her conversation with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).

Meanwhile, General Hospital recaps recall, the ELQ Executive made it abundantly clear that he knows exactly what Nina is up to. Even down to her halfwitted regret. …General Hospital star, Cameron Mathison, joined the daytime drama in August of 2021. In under two years, his portrayal of Drew Cain became wildly popular.

Prior to GH, Cameron was a well known actor. His most recognizable roles were as Ryan Lavery on ABC’s All My Children, as well as a popular TV show host. All throughout the late 90s and 2000s, Cameron’s face established recognition across American’s living rooms. Fast forward to 2019, and the popular daytime drama star faced real life challenges.

Cameron Mathison Survives Cancer

Previously, General Hospital news reports confirmed that Mathison was diagnosed with kidney cancer in August of 2019. In an interview last year, Mathison gave a health update in regard to life after surgery. He made note that he was better than ever. He revealed, “But honestly, never better. I think I’m as strong as I was in my mid-20s. I have more energy than I had 20 years ago.” Mathison told ET. The star added, “I’ve definitely got a different perspective on life for sure from this experience.”

Now, a year after that June, 2022 update, Cameron Mathison shared his story on Instagram. He sends his “love to all fellow survivors out there,” and shared a photo from his 2019 surgery.

We wish Cameron continued health as we keep him in our hearts and prayers.

She knows that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will destroy whoever it is that’s done this to Carly. So instead of speaking up, she let Sonny believe it was Ned in order to save herself. Well, GH spoilers hint that she’s running out of lives when it comes to surviving as Sonny’s fiancé and beyond. Nina turned Carlt and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) into the SEC because she finds Carly a threat to her relationship with Sonny. The one thing Nina’s right about is that Carly sure is a threat.
