Damian Spinelli has many close friends in the city of Port Charles, including the mother of his daughter Georgie, Maxie Jones, and one of his best friends Sam Morgan. Spinelli was best friends with Sam’s (late) husband, Jason Morgan, and he also worked for Jason and Sonny as the mob tech genius.
After the first custody hearing when Maxie Jones lost custody of her own daughter, baby Georgie, Spinelli and his girlfriend Ellie moved to Portland, Oregon. Ellie made a huge career move, she took a job that she had been waiting for, for a long time. Spinelli just learned that although Maxie lost custody of their daughter, he was granted full time custody. He and Ellie decided to start a life together in Portland, with baby Georgie. General
Spinelli is always willing to come to the aid of his friends when there is a dire situation. His good friend and ex wife of Sonny Corinthos, Carly Jacks, paid him a visit in his new home in Portland. She needed his assistance with the audio recording that was found on AJ Quartermaine’s cell phone. He was able to clean it up so they could make out exactly what happened the night AJ was shot.
It looks like Spinelli is needed yet again. This time, it is Fair Samantha who needs his help. After she was held at gunpoint and used as a hostage to distract the PCPD, Sam is determined to find the man who aided in Faison’s escape. Sam still thinks that her husband Jason is dead, and she has no clue that the gunman who grabbed her is actually Jake, aka Jason.
Sam might not be the only person Spinelli will be helping. General Hospital rumors indicate that Spinelli plays a part in Maxie being able to be reunited with their daughter by Christmas.
It would make sense that Spinelli would return as his two close friends, Maxie and Sam really need him. General Hospital Blog will keep fans updated on confirmation supporting this General Hospital rumor. SHARE this post with friends if you miss Spinelli!
After about 21 years of loop holes, bad ass lawyers, and acquittals, Sonny has hit the end of the road. Mark it down in General Hospital history, that Michael Sonny Corinthos is finally going to Pentonville for his crimes. After admitting to shooting AJ Quartermaine to Carly, the confession was captured by a sneaky Franco who placed a camera in a necklace he gave to Carly as a gift. The video was exposed at what was supposed to be Franco and Carly’s wedding, but since he was less than forgiving after finding out that Carly was sleeping with Sonny behind his back, he decided that Carly, and everyone else should pay. He didn’t hesitate at the chance to expose Sonny’s crimes to his adoptive son, Michael, who has been searching for who murdered his biological father, AJ Quartermaine. All the while Carly knew it was Sonny.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sonny isn’t the only one who is going to pay for the murder of AJ Quartermaine. Perhaps everyone who knew what Sonny had done will be dragged down with him. Carly, Kiki, Morgan, Shawn, and possibly Ava could all end up right where Sonny will be…in a prison cell.
Who do you think is going down right alongside Sonny? General Hospital rumors indicate that Sonny will run into Johnny Zacchara while in Pentonville. The story just keeps getting better and better! Share if you are excited to see how this unfolds.
The character of Carly Corinthos Jacks (Caroline Benson) is nothing short of legendary. The daughter of Port Charles vet, Bobbie Spencer, Carly first came to the scene in 1996 when she was portrayed by the talented actress, Sarah Joy Brown until 2001. When Brown left General Hospital to pursue other projects, the lovely Tamara Braun took over the role and stole our hearts until 2005. Jennifer Bransford briefly stepped in to the role just before Laura Wright took over as Carly in 2005.
Carly has been linked to many love interests including Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Jason Quartermaine/Morgan (Steve Burton/Billy Miller), Lorenzo Alcazar (Ted King), Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), and Robert Frank/Franco (Roger Howarth). Most fans agree that Carly’s relationship with Sonny is one for the books as Carly and Sonny aka CarSon has been named a Daytime Super couple throughout the years.
Today the wonderfully talented Laura Wright celebrates 9 years of being with General Hospital. Time sure does fly, as it seems like yesterday we saw Laura debut as Carly in the “train wreck” episode.
Check out Laura’s 9 year announcement on her Instagram!
Take a look back at Laura’s first scene, November, 4th, 2005.
ABC’s General Hospital has a brand new promo to give fans a sneak peek at the new Jason Morgan! Actor Billy Miller has taken on the role and replaced Steve Burton as Jason after 21 years. Right now, Jason Morgan is lying in a hospital bed at General Hospital with Nurse Elizabeth Webber at his side. The only thing that feels right to him at the moment is a connection with the name Jake. He chooses to call himself Jake and he and Liz agree upon that decision. Jason and Elizabeth are starting to start a bond… or rekindle and old one. No matter what Jason’s personality will be like, and no matter who he will be most drawn to, the fact remains that Jason Morgan is HOME. His wife, Samantha Morgan, his boss, Sonny Corinthos, and his best friend, Carly Corinthos Jacks will be getting their loved one back, along with his Mother, Monica Quartermaine, and many other friends and family that have been missing Jason since 2012.
Check out General Hospital’s new promo!
Who do you think Jason will become? Jason Morgan? Quartermaine? Or… A whole new side of Jason?!
Franco wins hands down in the battle of deceit with his significant other, Carly Corinthos Jacks. Carly has tried to pull the wool over Franco’s eyes and make him believe her lies about what she’s been doing with Sonny. Franco on the other hand has successfully pulled off deceiving Carly. He has led her to believe that he has bought into her deception, and sees her as the doting bride to be she wants him to believe she is.
Franco gave Carly a necklace with a nanny-cam hidden inside so that he is able to track her every move, and spy on everything she does, especially with Sonny.
Did Carly create a monster, or just ruffle the feathers of an already unstable man? When something sets Franco off, will he turn to his old psychotic ways?
By the way…Is this not the ugliest necklace you have ever seen?
Actor Ingo Rademacher originated the role of Jasper Jacks back in 1996. He has been lucky enough to be romantically involved with some of the most iconic characters on daytime. Jacks has been involved with Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil) off an on since the late 1990s. He has also been the love interest of Skye Chandler Quartermaine (Robin Christopher), Chloe Morgan (Tava Smiley), Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and most recently, Carly Corinthos Jacks (Laura Wright).
A cause for celebration may be in store for General Hospital fans who are also fans of the charming and handsome, Jasper Jacks. In a recent tweet by Ingo, he made it known that he would enjoy coming back to General Hospital, particularly to work with Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos Jacks).
Carly and Sonny are just about to heat things up again. Wouldn’t it be just like Jax to bust on into Port Charles and ruin Sonny’s chance with Carly? Jax and Sonny have always been at odds, especially when fighting over their women. Brenda and Carly have both had their fair share of being in the middle of these two men.
There are a lot of new connections starting as well as being discovered with the residents of Port Charles. Should we send out a NEW COUPLE ALERT for Nina and Franco? Not only do the two seem to have more in common with one another than they do with their current love interests (Carly and Silas), but General Hospital’s Head Writer, Ron Carlivati seems to think there is something there as well. According to an interview in Soap Opera Digest, Carlivati goes on to say, “Franco and Nina are two people who can possibly relate to each other due to their questionable grip on reality, their mental issues. There’s more to come here, definitely.”
What do you think? Would Franco and Nina make a great team romantically?
It is so exciting knowing that Jason Morgan will be coming home to Port Charles! Billy Miller has taken on the role of Jason and will be arriving in Port Charles soon enough. Jason is married to his soul mate, Samantha. However, he has had deep connections and love with a few other women in town. Robin and Jason have been there for each other from the beginning. Robin has saved Jason’s life and Jason has done the same for her. Carly and Jason are best friends. Before Sam came along, Carly was always his number one girl. Even after Jason established a relationship with Sam, he and Carly remained best buddies, just not at Carly’s every beck and call. Elizabeth have a strong past and were once deeply in love. They shared a child together, who passed away in an unfortunate accident.
When Jason returns, will he still be in love with his wife, Sam, or will his heart belong to someone else?
Sonny and Carly gave a long history and explosive chemistry. They have been through thick and thin, the good and the bad, and no matter what they do to one another, they always seem to find their way back to each other.Since Carly, Sonny has found love with many women. Connie, Olivia, Brenda, and Emily just to name a few. Carly has had a few great loves as well. Jax is probably her second great love, whose last name she still carries although they are divorced. Currently Carly is with Franco. Artist, and ex-sociopath, all due to a brain tumor that was causing him to be crazy. Carly sees past what once was with Franco and was able to forgive him for the things he could not control. So if Carly and Franco are so good together now, why should Franco be jealous?
Currently, Sonny and Carly both are up to their necks in the whole AJ’s murder situation. No, Carly didn’t help Sonny shoot him, but she did however give Sonny the only evidence that could pin him to the murder. There are a lot of things to consider in this drama. Ava is a huge complication. Sonny can’t even get the word out that she is the one who killed Connie without implicating himself at the same time. Then there is Michael. When Michael finds out Sonny killed AJ, and Carly has known for all this time, things are not going to be pretty for the entire Corinthos family. This is a time where Carly and Sonny will most likely stick together and have one another’s backs.
Franco is already showing signs of jealousy, and according to Ava, he is the jealous type. Will Franco take his insecurities to a level where Carly won’t be able to forgive him? Franco just might spill the beans about the recodring of Sonny shooting AJ, and Carly just might resent him forever, leaving Carly to run back to Sonny.

General Hospital is about to mark it’s 51st Anniversary! This year, on APril 1st, there will be an episode dedicated to all things Caroline Benson, or as we like to call her now, Carly Corinthos Jacks.
Sources are uncertain on whether these comebacks will be in the form of flashbacks, dreams, or if the actresses themselves will be gracing us with their presence as another character on the show. Either way, we will get a taste of each one in the Carly filled episode that is part of General Hospital’s 51st anniversary special.
Sarah Joy Brown, Tamara Braun, and the current Carly, Laura Wright, have all done an amazing job as Carly. General Hospital Blog looks forward to seeing what the producers at General Hospital have in store for the fans.
Head Writer Ron Carlivati Tweeted a picture of Maurice Benard and all his “Carlys” in anticipation for the big Carly episode on GH’s 51st anniversary, this Tuesday, April 1, 2014.
