General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle’s Unexpected Connection With Port Charles Villains Could Explain So Much…

Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) has become much more than a pest to those who live in Port Charles. Over the course of the time this young woman has been living in town, the residents have been able to see Nelle’s true colors after being fooled for so long.

Bobbie Spencer (Jackie Zeman) saw through Nelle almost immediately as Nelle was pulling the wool over Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) eyes. Carly was blinded by Nelle saving her daughter, Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) life with her kidney. Nelle has managed to infiltrate her way into the Corinthos family first through Joss and Carly, then Carly’s son Michael (Chad Duell), and husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She has reeked havoc on all their lives, becoming a psychopathic villain.

Other than Carly’s stepfather, Frank Benson, Nelle’s true lineage remains unknown. General Hospital spoilers indicate we will be finding more and more about Nelle’s biological makeup, which would include close relatives like biological parents and possible siblings.

Recent General Hospital rumors bring up two villains that could be potential biological parents of Nelle. Sonny’s current threat, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is cut throat and shows no mercy. He is willing to go to great lengths to ruin Sonny which seems very familiar to what Nelle is capable of.

Nelle exhibits similar behavior to a prominent female mobster from Port Charles history. Faith Rosco (Cynthia Preston) was a dangerous psychopath who went after Sonny Corinthos and his family. Very similar to Nelle, these two women seem to have a lot in common. Like Faith, Nelle isn’t afraid of Sonny and his family. She didn’t hesitate to manipulate Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) by using her daughter Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) as leverage. Nelle is Joss’s kidney donor, and with that, Nelle was able to gain Carly’s trust from the get go, however, Bobbie Spencer (Jackie Zeman) saw right through Nelle from the beginning. Nelle then worked her way into Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) good graces, manipulating bane seducing him. She then somehow managed to intertwine herself into Sonny’s life, driving a wedge between him and Carly.

General Hospital rumors hint that Nelle’s background will be explored more deeply, revealing connections to Port Charles history. General Hospital rumors and spoilers suggest that Nelle could be the daughter of Cyrus Renault and Faith Rosco, which would explain her hated for the Corinthos family and her similar ways to her potential mom, Faith. These three would make a nice little family unit, and a huge threat to Sonny and his family.

Is it possible that Nelle is their daughter? Will Cynthia Preston return to reprise her role as the female mobster, Faith Rosco?

General Hospital News: GH’s Maurice Benard On Vanessa Marcil Returning As Brenda Barrett; Says It’s A ‘No-Brainer’

Before there was ever a Caroline Benson, aka Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had a love that burned so hot it was inevitable that it would end in flames. Sonny and Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil) had one of the most memorably passionate relationships in Daytime TV, Soap Opera history. Their love story was up and down, with highs and lows, and was centered around a time when the mob was even more prominent in Sonny’s life than it is now. Sonny and Brenda have been to Hell and back with one another.

One major storyline which sucks fans in and captivated the audience was when Brenda wore a wire. Sonny had never felt so betrayed, and their scenes were so intense, the talent just shined through.

Recently, Maurice Benard had an interview with Soaps In Depth. In the interview, Benard mentioned he would welcome co-star, Vanessa Marcil, back to General Hospital any time. Benard stated, “If I [had my say], she would have been back about five years ago. She brings ratings, and if you put two and two together, that’s four. So, if you bring her back, it’s a no-brainer.”

Considering Sonny’s current life with his wife, Carly, and their family, he reflected on another key component- Jasper “Jax” Jacks. He’s just another piece of history that fits. Maurice added, “You [brought] back Jax, then you got Brenda, and you got a whole cool thing going on.”

Months ago, General Hospital Blog reporter GH spoilers involving Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) and the possibility of him having ties to a former enemy of Sonny’s, The Balkan. General Hospital rumors claim Dev will fit into a much larger story, as it’s possible he is the son of Brenda Barrett, and grandchild of The Balkan.
Maurice Benard’s opinion seems to weigh heavily on decision making regarding the show. Benard is smart, talented, has great insight, and knows the ins and outs of the production. There seems to be great potential for having Vanessa Marcil return to GH as Brenda Barrett.

All across America, peaceful protests are being overlooked due to the violent riots that have broken out in major cities. These riots come after a Minnesota Police Officer held a black man down with his knee as he pleaded for his life. George Floyd died that day, and America wants justice.
In New York, General Hospital’s Bryan Craig has turned to social media to speak out against the violence that is happening in the name of protest. He pleaded with looters to stop. Craig goes on to mention the focus is being shifted from what happened to George Floyd now to the violence of the riots.
Craig played Morgan Corinthos, son of Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Maurice Benard and Laura Wright), and has been rumored as a potential return some day. Take a look at Bryan Craig’s Instagram post and caption below.

General Hospital Spoilers: True Love Blooms, Michael And Willow The Next Edward And Lila Quartermaine

An unexpected (to most) wedding turned out to be a beautiful surprise when Michael Corinthos Jr. (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) said their vows and are now husband and wife.

Proud parents and smiling faces were seen throughout the Quartermaine mansion. Everyone was on their best behavior, allowing Michael and Willow to remain relaxed and enjoy the day, even if they aren’t in love- yet.

General Hospital rumors claim Michael and Willow will become the next Edward and Lila Quartermaine after falling in love that will last a lifetime. Michael has given Willow his Grandmother Lila’s ring, which isn’t taken lightly in the Quartermaine family. That ring is a family heirloom and Michael and Willow are honored to have it as a piece to symbolize their marriage.

It’s no secret that Michael has been dealt a less than ideal hand when it comes to love. The women he chooses always end up crazy, break his heart, or die. This time, fate chose Willow for Michael. They married under different circumstances but that doesn’t mean they can’t stand the test of time.

General Hospital rumors indicate Willow and Michael will fall madly in love with each other, creating another iconic Daytime couple for the ages.

General Hospital Spoilers: Two Weddings In One Week? Nelle Pulls A Fast One, Marries Julian

Well, it’s official! Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) are married! It was truly a pleasant surprise to see these two unite in marriage, even if they start out for the right wrong reasons.

Although the threat of Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was hanging over their heads, Michael and Willow said thei vows without a hitch as Sonny and Carly Corinthos stood beside them.

Nobody is out of the woods when Nelle Benson is still lurking around. General Hospital spoilers hint there will be another wedding this week after Nelle heard Lucy spill the tea on Michael and Willow’s upcoming wedding.

General Hospital spoilers have indicated Nelle will blackmail Julian Jerome (William DeVry) in some way with something much more solid than offering a spot in Wiley’s life. General Hospital rumors claim Julian won’t be able to refuse Nelle’s offer, or shall we say, blackmail, after being presented with the proposition. General Hospital rumors claim Nelle will blackmail Julian which will force him to marry her for her silence about his involvement in his son Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) car crash.

Will Nelle show up to the court house with her new husband on her arm?

Carly Corinthos (Laura wright) isn’t known for keeping out of other people’s personal business, however, in this situation, her son Michael (Chad Duell) is involved and has been hurt. Mama Bear Carly doesn’t like to see her children in any type of discomfort and will go to great lengths to make sure those who have harmed one of her children better watch their back.

But Carly still confronts Chase with her strong will to keep up the charade. For the week of May 11th-15th, General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly will confront Chase with a warning. General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Makes Big Plans, Nina Gets Played AGAIN

It’s apparent Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) hasn’t given that pendant she was wearing as a child a second thought. As she held Carly’s (Laura Wright) old baby rattle, she pushed the jewelry box containing the other half of Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) necklace aside as if she didn’t even see it.

General Hospital spoilers indicate Nelle will use this current situation involving Nina’s search for her biological daughter to her advantage. General Hospital rumors claim in the coming episodes, Nelle will may remember, or learn of the significance of Nina’s pendant and realize she possesses the other half. Whether Nelle herself is Nina’s daughter doesn’t really matter to Nelle, but using the pendant as a tool to pull another scam and be the center of attention will be her focal point.

Will Nina get played again? General Hospital rumors hint that at first, Nina will believe that Nelle is her daughter, but will most likely not go too far. It’s so like Nelle to use the necklace and Nina, without caring about Nina’s feelings at all. It seems like Nina is genuinely trying to guide Nelle into turning her life around, it’s safe to say that it’s possible Nina will develop an emotional connection to Nina if she takes Nelle under her wing.

Will Nelle take advantage of a sensitive situation just to benefit herself?

General Hospital rumors claim Carly will have made the choice to leave the family home even after being asked to stay by Frank Benson. Carly will be blamed for causing Nelle to feel abandoned, causing long term emotional trauma. It hasn’t been said thus far if they will really go there, to blame Carly for Nelle growing up to be a psycho. Hopefully, Carly’s character won’t be trashed in an attempt to save face for Nelle.

General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Moves Forward With Wiley’s Surgery Without Nelle

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is fighting for the well being of his child, against the child’s own mother. Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson) needs heart surgery to repair a hole in his heart that he has had since birth. Wiley’s symptoms are progressing, and although the situation is not an emergency, it remains imperative that Michael and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) agree that Wiley must undergo surgery to repair the issue. Michael and his grandmother, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), have presented the case to Nelle, explaining the issue and why it is completely necessary for to go ahead with the heart surgery.

Nelle is being difficult to say the least, and is refusing to sign the consent form for treatment, which in Wiley’s case, is heart surgery. Nelle presented her rebuttal to Michael, refusing to sign the document. Michael’s girlfriend Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and mom Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have tried knocking sense into Nelle, explaining why this is so important.

Michael and Carly have had enough with Nelle and her bulllsh!t and are taking matters into their own hands. General Hospital spoilers reveal Michael will go ahead with consenting to the surgery without Nelle. In Friday’s episode of General Hospital, Michael made a call to his lawyer, Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy).

General Hospital rumors indicate Michael is trying to come up with a way to go forward with the operation legally, regardless of whether or not the child’s mother gives consent. Carly on the other hand is taking matters into her own hands. Carly fights for what she wants, especially when she is fighting for what’s right for her family. Carly will be damned to let Nelle stand in the way of her grandson receiving the treatment that is needed for him to survive,

While Michael is trying to work on getting things moving along with Diane, Carly has her own plan of action. After arguing on the roof of GH with Nelle, Carly failed at reasoning with her and locked Nelle out on the roof.

General Hospital rumors hint that Nelle’s signature will be forged, making it possible for Michael to go forward with Wiley’s operation but leaving an opportunity for it to come back and bite Carly for going about it the way she has.

Nelle can’t stay on the roof forever, and when she finds out what happened, she will come at the Corinthos family even harder than before. Will Diane be able to save Michael from any legal repercussions of his mom’s actions? More importantly, will Michael be able to escape Nelle’s wrath?
