Anna Devane has seen better days. Based on the nature of her work and her life as a whole, you’d think that Anna has had worse days as well. While that might be since she’s been through so much, there isn’t much worse than having shot a child. Anna’s really going through it and so she falls into a funk.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Anna deals with the guilt after she shot Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Clearly, the fault lies with Valentin as he neglected to come clean to Anna. GH recaps recall that Valentin knew for a good amount of time that his daughter was behind much of the suspicious attacks against Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). He and his trusted friend Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) conspited to conceal Charlotte’s crimes. Sadly, this lead to the tragedy that they now face.

According to General Hospital previews and spoilers, Anna is in a funk. She’s had a lot to deal with and what makes things worse is that she doesn’t even have Valentin to lean on anymore. Instead, she now deals with the reality of his betrayal. Thanksgiving is here and it’s time to celebrate with family and close friends. However, not everyone is up for celebrating. GH spoilers indicate that Robert comes through for Anna to pull her out of her funk. This Thanksgiving, Anna is thankful for friendship despite the hard times she’s going through.

Coincidentally, Anna’s boyfriend Valentin happens to be close friends with Sonny’s fiancé Nina, who plan to marry rather soon. Prior she snagged up Port Charles’s favorite coffee importer, GH recaps recall a time when Nina was romantically involved with Valentin Cassadine. Sadly, their romance ended after Valentin and Sasha’s big betrayal. Thankfully, they’ve come along way since then, and remain close friends.

Charlotte Fabricates Cheating Evidence

According to GH spoilers Charlotte uses these adult friendships to fabricate cheating evidence. Now this could go one of two ways. One, Charlotte might make it look as though Anna is cheating on Valentin with Sonny. News of that caliber is sure to cause earthquake sized tremors within Valentin’s relationship as well as Sonny and Nina’s. Two, little Helena in training might frame her own father. If Anna believes that Valentin and Nina have something going on, she won’t stick around for that.

Of all the things that Nina has done and the lies she’s told, who would have thought that she’d go down like this? Will a child’s fabricated cheating scandal be the end of Sonny and Nina? So long as Valentin and Anna break up, Charlotte isn’t concerned with how the others are discarded. All she cares about is getting Papa to herself. To clarify, Charlotte is determined to get rid of Anna by any means necessary.

Previously, GH spoilers revealed that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) uses tarot cards to get in his granddaughter’s head. Not just to know what she’s thinking, (duh, he’s dead), but to control what she thinks. He’s provided instructions along with the cards, and a stern warning against Anna.

In her mind, Victor is looking out for her’s and Valentin’s best interest. As a result, she is sick with worry for her Papa. She truly believes that Anna is a danger. That’s why GH rumors speculate that the Anna was meant to get hit that night. Sadly, GH spoilers and rumors tease that Charlotte shot Curtis with a bullet that was meant for Anna Devane.

Eventually, the chase became the ultimate catch when Anna finally took the bait. And that’s meant in the most positive light as Anna realized that she loves Valentin Cassadine. Finally, Valentin landed his lady love. Despite all of the WSB and Cassadine, and mob drama, Valentin and Anna remained strong for themselves and one another. But things started to fall out of place for this tragic couple when Valentin’s secrets began to drop one by one.
