Mac and Cody’s DNA results are in! they nervously await results confirming  Cody’s paternity. Mac Scorpio (John J. York)  suspects he could be Cody’s biological father. Cody’s backstory threw Mac for a loop as he was forced to revisit his past.

General Hospital recaps recall Mac’s past relationship with Cody’s biological mother Dominique Stanton (Shell Danielson). Mac and Dominique fell in love while she was married to the only man Cody has known as a father. Leopold Taub was a terrible man who kept Cody’s mother to himself until she ended up divorcing him.

Mac and Dominique’s love affair indicates the possibility that Mac had a son of which he wasn’t aware. Circumstances lead to lies, secrets, and cover ups. Ultimately, those secrets emerge nearly three decades later.

Britt and Cesar may have been on the run in the past, but Britt can’t run from her past. First came a warning. Selina Wu (Lydia Look) took one look at Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), and without hesitation, she warned her to stay away from Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Brad’s Aunt Selina doesn’t play around when giving orders, or well, ever. The serious nature of Ms. Wu would intimidate even the most established person in power. Although Dr. Britt Westbourne is a strong, intelligent, capable woman, she can’t help but to succumb to Ms. Wu’s threats.

General Hospital spoilers and rumors hint Selina takes things further with Britt as her threat becomes a full fledged blackmail. Selina has to be certain she chose the right man when it comes to trusting Cody Bell to work as a “ringer” for her poker games. Selina sees Britt’s presence in Cody’s life as nothing more than a distraction. The stakes are high for Selina and she needs him to be on his A game at The Savoy, without interference from Dr. Westbourne. This is where Selina blackmails Britt to ensure she keep her distance.

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has always been the brother Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) never wanted. Taking after their father, Peter carried out his life in the only way he knew how. He was raised by Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and it shows. Peter inherited Cesar’s criminal mind while Britt’s Huntington’s disease is all she took from their father.

In addition to enduring family dysfunction, Britt has an even more personal problem to face. Britt’s Huntington’s Disease is now a way of life for the young doctor. Britt inherited the incurable disease from her infamous father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt’s Huntington’s Disease diagnosis will continue to play a role in the development of her character. In a recent Instagram post, General Hospital actress Kelly Thiebaud shared a photo of herself at the 8th annual Freeze HD event. the star was invited by the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.

GH news and spoilers indicate Thiebaud has become and advocate for this incurable disease while spreading awareness. Kelly admits to being unaware of HD prior to being given her current storyline on ABC’s General Hospital. General Hospital recaps revisit the havoc Peter reeked on the people of Port Charles. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) were his main focus, and at one point Anna believed Peter was her son. Peter won Maxie over, however, Maxie would soon find out who Peter really was.

Family Ties!

Peter shares a father with GH Doc, Britt Westbourne. Although Peter was an evil, calculated, monster, he did have room in his heart for family. He always acknowledged his relationship to half sister Britt. She wanted nothing to do with him since he was just like their father Cesar Faison. Cesar and Peter were both cold, calculated, insane… the list could go on.

Peter tortured those he claimed to love. This includes the woman he asked to become his wife. Maxie Jones and their baby become his obsession. He would do anything, include kidnap Maxie, to get her and their baby alone. Britt and Maxie became close as Peter’s sister helped Maxie outsmart him. Ultimately, Peter’s “death” was a relief to all, even his sister Britt.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt and Cody will make a shocking discovery come time to figure out Peter’s hidden message. Peter left Britt a mysterious box and she’s determined to uncover the meaning.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt’s interests are peaked since her conversation with sister in law, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Maxie and Britt shutter at the very sound of Peter’s name, and rightfully so. And although Peter is dead, his eerie shenanigans live on in a box.

We can’t bring ourselves to call this sibling love since Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was incapable of truly loving another person. Typically when you are gifted something by someone as close as family or the like, it means that the two of you are simpatico. Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) received the furthest thing from brotherly love from her half brother Peter.

General Hospital recaps recall Maxie and Britt discussing the box that Peter gifted to Britt. She tells Maxie that for some reason a party of her held onto the box instead of tossing it. Britt admits she’s still a bit curious as to what’s inside. Dr. Westbourne comes to the conclusion that there must be some sinister reason her brother left this box with her. Perhaps something he wants her to know.

It isn’t uncommon for soap actors to come an go. Not only to they “die” or leave in some way and return as their original role, sometimes an actor will leave the drama and return as another character entirely.

General Hospital news reports explain that recently, a big time actor in the soap opera world was offered a chance to return to the canvas and has declined said offer.

General Hospital spoilers indicate that the recent leak regarding the failed chance of a shocking return to daytime is associated with General Hospital.

In a recent article in Soap Opera Digest, the remaining soaps such as The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Days Of Our Lives, and of course the new spinoff of Days, Beyond Salem, could all possibly have tried to reach out to a former star. However, out of all, GH and DOOL are better known for bringing back major stars. Since having Beyond Salem, most of the major players from Days have headed there, leaving General Hospital as the most plausible choice for this major spoiler.

GH rumors and spoilers claim that GH’s storyline surrounding Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) unexpected and unlikely death mystery was alluding to a possible return for the legendary actor and role. It’s hard to believe that the writers would kill off Lucas Lorenzo Spencer in such a meaningless and minimizing manner. The Cassadines have always had it out for Luke and all members of the Spencer family, making it totally believable that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is behind the whole thing. GH rumors claim that Geary may have declined the offer to return, causing the original plan for the story to derail.
