Cyrus forms an army (to defeat Pikeman?!) Pentonville prisoners are singing their praises as Cyrus’s preacher-like leadership captivates them. He went from a dangerous drug dealer and killer to a self proclaimed follower of God.
In Port Charles, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) look over their shoulder as they both have enemies lurking in the shadows. Between the Cassadine and the Quartermaine families, scandal and betray runs rampant among the prominent Port Charles families. Each family has their own personal struggles and grievances.
For example, Tracy (Jane Elliot) and the rest of the Q’s scandals mainly surround ELQ. Whereas Curtis (Donnell Turner) and the rest of the Ashford’s are challenged by interpersonal family issues as well as threats from his line of work. As for the Corinthos family, they drawn in the most danger. Due to the nature of his business, Sonny attracts villains like a moth to a flame.
Cyrus Forms An Army- to defeat Pikeman?!
So much goes on individually among the families in town, but something seems different this time. For some reason everything seems connected. Tracy looks like she could be working with Cyrus for crying out loud. And don’t even get me started on Valentin. His connection to Pikeman opens up all sorts of possible, unexpected alliances and secret enemies.
That being said, regardless of how each family has their own crosses to bear, one factor seems to connect it all. Recent GH rumors tease that Cyrus is the connecting factor among all that’s gone wrong within these Port Charles families. Interestingly, although many believe that Cyrus is lying about his newfound faith, seemingly just as many believe he’s trying to help. What if Cyrus forms an army, but not to harm those who already fear him, but help them. Meanwhile, Cyrus leads his fellowship as Pentonville inmates hang on every last word. Who else will Cyrus recruit?
Greed drives Sonny’s enemy! Who’s after Sonny’s territory? And furthermore, who is willing to eliminate him to gain control? The people of Port Charles took a lot of heat this Summer. Threats, secrets, and betrayals the big day players scrambling to be a step ahead of the enemy. However, it’s not easy when unidentified enemies lurk behind every corner.
The Pikeman Organization remains Sonny’s largest mystery threat of current time. Sure, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has enemies all over the place, and for various reasons. This time, it seems like it’s all about power and greed. Whereas in the past, many of Sonny’s even wits were our for revenge. Regardless, the threat is real and Sonny and Brick much work fast for answers.
According to the latest GH previews, Sonny’s enemy wants him out of the way for good. The monster knows he must strategize in order to outsmart the enemy. GH spoilers reveal that Brick sits down with Sonny to go over key points of the situation. That’s when he realizes that maybe someone just wants what’s Sonny’s. Greed drives Sonny’s enemy in the latest mob drama. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has always been about gaining control of Port Charles. But he doesn’t mess with petty cash. Will they find out who and intercept before it’s too late?
…After the climactic midweek episode, GH fans ponder the all possible ways that Austin and Cyrus are connected.
Previously, General Hospital Blog mentioned Dr. Austin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) visit with Mr. Renault (Jeff Kober). Particularly, the suspicious way that Cyrus placed emphasis on the mention of Austin’s family.
Cyrus and Austin’s Connection Explained!
General Hospital recaps It was in during their very first encounter when Dr. Austin Holt and Cyrus Renault’s connection was evident. It was pretty obvious that it wasn’t just their individual demeanors that made up the peculiar dialogue. Clearly, the dynamic screamed of the past and family dysfunction. Soon enough, the doc and the inmate start discussing some personal family matters. That’s when it became clear that these two go way back.
We sense a whole lotta family dysfunction going on. Undoubtedly, this is just the tip of the iceberg. So, just how far back do they go? It’s hard to say for sure, but judging by their conversation it sounds like Cyrus could be Austin’s absentee father. Or maybe a step father who Austin wasn’t fond of? GH recaps recall how Austin mentioned that any time Cyrus happened to come around it made his mother happy.
Wow! That was some episode for a Tuesday! No hate or anything, but Friday’s episode was a snooze fest instead of a cliffhanger. Luckily, Tuesday’s show made up for what Friday lacked. And on Friday, a shocking twist unveiled the unexpected.
Though not many bought into Cyrus’s “follow my flock in Christ’s name,” act, some GH fans wanted to believe he’d somehow turned a new leaf. Obviously, his new appreciation for the Lord seemed disingenuous and/or misguided.
Meanwhile, over in Pentonville Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) discuss last week’s events. According to GH recaps, Cyrus expressed his gratitude for Drew’s brave effort. GH recaps recall Cyrus’s symbolic transformation in the Pentonville shower room. He definitely got the weight off of his shoulders, actually and idiomatically. I guess that’s what happens after one gets a second chance at life and at making things right. Although, that’s where confusion sets in. Cyrus’s new meaning of life is all over the place. First he’s a killer and a drug dealer, then Cyrus found God. In a brush with death, Cyrus then saw God’s Heavenly light. However, Cyrus has unfinished business.
GH spoilers and rumors tease that Tuesday’s episode revealed half of Pikeman! As it seems, Cyrus Renault is Pikeman! Or at least half of the illegal arms dealer. At the end of Tuesday’s episode Mason thanked a mystery authority for taking the time to talk. Simultaneously, Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) shocked Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) when he showed up to meet with Cyrus.
So, what’s up with Laura (Genie Francis) and Martin Gray’s (Michael E. Knight) troubled brother? If he’s half of Pikeman, who makes up the other half; the one Mason met with?
Cyrus saves Sasha! …Despite her troubled recent past, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has still seen better days. What she’s going through now is unthinkable. Could you imagine the torture she’s currently enduring? Even worse, at the hand of her own family! Needless to say, Sasha’s in a bad way and Gladys is to blame.
As for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), GH recaps recall Cyrus’s hand in Sasha’s recent troubled past. After all, he was Sasha’s supplier when she took the dark path of binges and drugs. Fast forward a couple of years and Cyrus has had time to repent. After having the book thrown at him, Cyrus has had time to reflect in Pentonville. It seems great and all, that a hard core criminal is able to turn their life around and find God. But, just seriously should we take him? GH rumors tease that something sinister drives his motives.
Cyrus Saves Sasha!
GH recaps recall Sasha’s episode that landed her in. Ferncliff. According to recent GH spoilers and rumors, there might be more to Sasha’s hallucination about Cyrus. If you really think about it, it was pretty random for Sasha’s mins to see Cyrus when he’s been out of sight, out of mind. That being said, GH rumors developed surrounding Cyrus and Sasha. If he truly found God, he’s out for redemption. Will Cyrus become Sasha’s Knight in shining armor?!
Other than a lot of empty preaching, Cyrus hasn’t done much to SHOW that he’s a new man. Although he has stepped up for an underdog or two in need, Cyrus Renault is bad to the bone.
Undoubtedly, Something’s different about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). It’s hard to believe that a man of his evil capabilities can just leave it all behind. According to GH spoilers, Cyrus has big plans. GH rumors surrounding Martin and Cyrus suggest that these two brother are working together. I’m a shocking revelation, GH rumors claim that Lucy stumbles upon a startling discovery. So, if Cyrus has big plans, will they hurt or help the innocent people of Port Charles? While many believe that Cyrus is bad to the bone, others think he’s a changed man.
General Hospital Blog wants your opinion! What do General Hospital fans think about the new and improved Cyrus Renault? Is he the real deal? Is he on his vigilante sh!t, or a down right baddie?
It seems like Cyrus has even more connections in Pentonville than he did as a free man. Is he using his reach for good? What do you think? Is Laura Spencer’s (Genie Francis) brother still bad to the bone?
Lucy exposes Martin and Cyrus! …Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) loves love. She’s a hopeless romantic and not afraid to show off all that PDA (Public Display of Affection). If memory serves me correctly she’s been married five times. So, why not make it a 6th? If it was up to a Lucy, she’d marry Marty in a heartbeat!
General Hospital recaps reveal Lucy’s recent revelation. She went digging into her man’s personal affairs, and found part of the answer she was looking for. Indeed, Martin doesn’t want to get married. As Lucy and her pal Felicia (Kristina Wagner) sniffed around the likes of Pine Valley, Jackson Montgomery, they figured out some of Martin’s secret. As GH recaps recall, Martin receives 50k per month from an ex-wife. Therefore, if he married again he’ll lose that cash stash. But, why does he need it so badly, and where is it going?
According to recent GH spoilers, Martin’s involvement with Cyrus expands. GH rumors claim that Cyrus is as bad as ever, and his brother Martin is helping Cyrus do what he does. When Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) goes digging deeper into Martin’s affairs, GH rumors claim that she comes across a shocking revelation. Lucy exposes Martin and Cyrus for not only their involvement, but leadership in the Pikeman deal with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?!
…Just a few short years ago, Port Charles Mayor, Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) was shocked to learn that she has two half brothers. Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) came into her life and turned it upside down.
General Hospital Recaps: Cyrus Renault had a special request. He asked his brother Martin to give away all his money. Oddly, Cyrus claims he’s turned a new leaf. No longer does the feared criminal desire to be feared. Instead, he wants to help spread God’s word. Cyrus has always been know as the bad seed, while Laura and Martin are respectable pillars of the community.
According to GH spoilers and rumors, Cyrus is somehow involved in the whole Pikeman mystery. Understandably, learning that Cyrus has a hand in Pikeman’s shady business dealings isn’t much of a surprise. Whether you believe that he’s found God and is a new man, or you think he’s lying through his teeth, Cyrus is a known threat. However, no one would expect his brother Martin in a million years.
Is Martin working with Cyrus?! GH rumors tease that Martin isn’t so innocent. And he’s definitely not as different from Cyrus than everyone thinks.
Cyrus and Austin are known rivals! If looks could kill, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) must’ve intentionally stopped himself from finishing Dr. Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) where he stood. Because a look like that would send anyone running for their life. Instead, Austin stood there, peering back at Cyrus.
What in the Port Charles craziness is going on here? Apparently, Renault has an extensive reach outside of Pentonville. In fact, his affiliations go at least as far as General Hospital where Dr. Holt practices medicine. In a shocking revelation, GH rumors hint that Cyrus and Austin may have been previously acquainted.
First, their hospital room encounter left GH fans suspicious. Back at Cyrus’s GH hospital room, the way Cyrus wished blessings upon him (and his family) raised concerns. Then, GH recaps recall when Austin caught Cyrus’s eye on his way out of the hospital. That’s when Renault shot a venomous smile across the hospital hall as the elevator doors closed.
According to GH rumors, Cyrus and Austin are known rivals! They know exactly who the other is! Are either Austin or Cyrus who they say they are? While Cyrus claims to have found the Lord, Dr. Holt claims that he’s an ethical medical professional. It’s seems to be that neither of those things are true.
Cyrus checks up on Martin! …Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has a taste of freedom as he recovers from his recent heart attack. Currently, he’s resting up over at General Hospital as opposed to serving time in Pentonville.
General Hospital spoilers and previews reveal that Martin Gray (Michael Easton) pays his brother Cyrus a visit in his hospital room. Martin still isn’t buying Cyrus’s new way of life, and he thinks it’s just another one of his brother’s crazy tactics. Additionally, Martin might think that his brother’s latest request is another strange tactic. According to GH spoilers, Cyrus checks up on Martin and follows up on his request to give all of his money away. What will be the outcome?
