Dante questions Michael about Sonny! …The big question hanging over Port Charles is whether or not Sonny goes down for food. His FBI arrest has Port Charles scrambling to find out who is responsible. As a detective, that’s exactly what Dante does. First, he starts with his brother Michael.
According to GH recaps, The FBI busted in and arrested Sonny Corinthos on suspicions of his involvement with Pikeman. Meanwhile, he sits in the interrogation room waiting for his trusted attorney, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy).
General Hospital previews and spoilers indicate that Dante questions Michael about their father. Despite the fact that Dante is a detective, and therefore he and Sonny are on opposite sides of the law, he in no way wants to see his father go down in flames. The latest GH spoilers tease that tension between Dante and Michael thickens, and things get heated. Will Michael be able to convince his brother?

There’s not a doubt in my mind that someone, somewhere, is happy that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was finally arrested. Aside from the obvious enemies, is there someone else that wants to see Sonny put away for good?
According to the latest General Hospital previews, Sonny’s arrest requires Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennesy) presence. Meanwhile, he seasoned mobster sits there, poker face, utilizing his rights. As he sits at the station and is questioned by the Feds, the rest of his family does some questioning of their own.

Dante saves Sonny!?! Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and his father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are on opposite sides of the law. Over the years, Dante’s actions as a Port Charles Police Department Detective have been under scrutiny. Accused of favoritism by haters, yet viewed by some as a traitor to his own father. Needless to say Dante’s hands are tied when it comes to dealing with mob crime in Port Charles. Sonny and his son Dante often don’t see eye to eye. On the other hand, Michael has always been Sonny’s golden son. Or, the good son.” But this time around, Michael is far from the good son he once was to Sonny.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Dante’s got his work cut out for him when it comes to Sonny vs the law. A mob war is brewing as Dex Heller (Evan, Hofer) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) proceed with Michael’s original plan. However, GH Rumors suspect that Dex and Michael won’t get far before the PCPD steps in. Secretly, Sonny’s other son, Michael, and his trusted employee Dex are plotting his downfall.
Finally, General Hospital spoilers indicate that Sonny put his trust in the wrong hands. Little does Sonny know, he’s being duped by Dex and his own son.

Now the tables have turned and Michael is using what he knows about his father against him.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Michael hired a mole to spy on Sonny. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is working for Michael while leading Sonny and his people to believe he is loyal to The Corinthos Organization. It’s been pretty obvious that Dex isn’t completely devoted to Michael. As Michael’s employee, Dex has questioned his boss more than a few times, leading up to General Hospital rumors making claims that Dex is tempted to jump ship.
General Hospital previews indicate that Michael has to remind Dex who’s boss, making things awkward and unnatural in a situation where the loyalty has to be not just understood, but expected. Michael and Dex’s run-ins and public squabbles may become more and more difficult to believe, as GH spoilers and previews hint that Dante will become suspicious of Dex… And if he’s suspicious of Dex, it’s only a matter of time before he is suspicious of his own brother.
Now as an officer of the law, Dante has never approved of his father’s life of crime, but never has he wanted to see him suffer. Michael on the other hand has become so angry with his dad, he has plotted so heavily against him, in his attempt to take down Sonny and his entire organization. He wants the Corinthos name to be outed for what it is, while he sits on his throne as a Quartermaine.
